I got off the phone with them earlier about changing an upcoming appointment due to a prior obligation I didn't know about and the girl up the phone was unbelievably rude to me and hung on the phone after my appointment had been cancelled and I confirmed I didn't want to reschedule right now. I tried to inform her we were going to look for a new pediatrician because this kind of attitude and the situation with the hours being wrong is very inconvenient (they don't open until 2:30 on Wednesdays now apparently) to working parents. I realize this is their job, to sit in a cushy office all day answering phones or watching parents fill out paperwork, but the attitude has throughly spoiled me for ever recommending them. Get new girls at the front desk. It's unfortunate the quality of care is decent, but the office staff obliterated whatever good will I had for Glow Worm. I'll only be in contact with them again to move her medical records to a different office.

Unable to see a child in pain and experts in bad behavior towards parents scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. It was entered in their system as 11:15, and I -- the parent who booked it -- never received a confirmation. We arrived three minutes past the grace period for a time we hadn't agreed to, and our sick toddler was refused care. My child was in visible pain with a worsening infection and was never assessed or even looked at. No other physician was offered, no referral, no urgent-care suggestion. The front desk and office manager spent the time arguing with us about the clock rather than showing any concern for the sick child in front of them. This wasn't a one-off. Getting a timely sick visit with the MD has consistently been difficult, despite the practice advertising same-day sick visits. Zero compassion. If you need a pediatrician who will actually see your child when they're sick, look elsewhere. We've moved our care.

He asked two rushed questions, barely listened to my answers, and shut me down when I tried to speak. He looked in my ears and then told me, with no empathy at all, 'There's nothing we can do. You can call ENT and Google exercises at home.' It felt dismissive, cold, and completely unprofessional. What hurt me the most is that my blood pressure was extremely high dangerously high and he treated it like it didn't matter. I know I have to be responsible for my health, but he is a doctor. Why choose a profession centered on caring for people if you are unwilling to actually care? I was not rude, not difficult, not disrespectful, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. I could have walked out of that clinic in a medical crisis, and he didn't seem to care at all. As I was leaving, he said, 'Your blood pressure is a little high, try not to stress,' and then chuckled. That moment broke me. I felt small, dismissed, and completely uncared for. I work incredibly hard. I'm in school finishing a master's program in clinical mental health. We called at 4:15, it's just after 5pm, he has already been here and gone. He was very thorough and listened attentively. I walked out of my house and into the clinic in my slippers, didn't even have to get dressed or load up all the kids so that alone was amazing. He said he goes within like a 30 mile radius of SouthEast Round Rock which I thought would be super helpful for others to know. The price was extremely fair in my opinion, we paid $70 for the visit and $10 for an oxygen monitor piece, so $80 and I didn't have to go anywhere!!! He even called in the Rx before he pulled out. I love that I saved myself probably 1-2 hours of driving and waiting in an office full of other sick people. I loved how clean the RV/Clinic was and loved how nice Dr. Herrera was. I only have great things to say about this clinic! My family has been going here since we moved…read morehere two years ago. My kids see Dr. Shah and I see Dr. Angelelli. Both providers are courteous, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we may have - and never in a condescending manner. I always feel reassured and at ease when I leave an appt with either doctor. I really appreciate that Dr. Shah can relate to me as a mom of small children and provide recommendations, not only as a medical professional/expert, but also with that momma perspective. As far as after-hours, we had a wonderful experience with Dr. Whited. He was very personable and calmly evaluated our daughter after she fell and hit her head. He concluded that she was fine and sent us home, but told us to call him if we noticed some specific signs throughout the night. The next morning, he called right before he went into surgery just to check on our daughter. That meant so much to me and my husband. He also made sure to communicate with Dr. Shah regarding the incident and she checked in that day as well. Oh, and I cannot write a review without mentioning their AWESOME nurses, Alli and Erin. Both are great at their jobs! My daughter especially adores "Ms. Alli." :) The receptionists/administrative assts are also friendly and helpful (There is one in particular who always brightens our day, but sadly I cannot remember her name! She usually sits on the far right). My only negative thing to say about BSW, in general, is that you cannot reach your clinics directly and have to call the main line every time. For example, if the clinic calls with lab results and you miss it, you must call the main line and the representative has to call the clinic to let them know you called back. Then you have to wait again for them to call. That can be a little frustrating at times. However, this is not the clinic's fault.
