If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit.
