She went above and beyond for my bridal bouquets (I had a red rose and a white rose bouquet for 2 different dresses) and she made sure she got the exact shade and rose type that I had in mind. She uses only high quality roses that lasted for weeks! Jennifer has worked with my husband multiple times to help him gift me exceptional and unique bouquets that smell and look so dreamy! I've used this flower shop for years and recommended them to family, friends, and neighbors -- but after this experience, I'll never use them again. I specifically called (instead of ordering online) because I needed flowers delivered before noon on a certain day. They confirmed multiple times it would be done. On delivery day, I got a voicemail just 30 minutes before noon saying they couldn't make it in time. First, they blamed the flowers arriving late. Then, when I called, they blamed the delivery drivers. The story kept changing. When I explained my frustration, the woman on the phone hung up on me. When I called back, she denied it, talked over me, and told me they "did really good" because the flowers arrived at 12:04 -- which was after my daughter had already left for work. She even claimed I should've been charged extra for a timed delivery (which was never mentioned when I ordered). On top of that, they left the bouquet in plain sight of the road instead of where I had asked, forcing me to get a neighbor to pick it up. The surprise for my daughter was ruined, and the whole experience was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. This was the worst customer service I've ever had. No apology, just blame-shifting and attitude. After years of loyalty, I'm done. If you value reliability, honesty, and respect, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I picked this florist for the great Yelp removes, so I was surprised at my lackluster experience. I went in to place my order several days in advance, explaining in detail that I wanted a Christmas-themed hostess gift for a Saturday night party. The gal who took my order was young and wrote down "Christmas, red and white" on the order pad and I assumed that this description was either sufficient, or she would personally convey what I wanted to the florist. I paid in advance and we decided on a pickup time at 4pm on the night of the party. I ended up running late but I thought would be fine because the shop is listed as being open til 5pm. Imagine my horror when I arrived at 4:30pm only to find the shop dark and the door locked. Thankfully there was voicemail on my phone explaining they closed at 4, but that somebody would still be around for a few minutes. I called back and they opened the door. I wouldn't have set my pickup time at 4 if I had known they closed then, and I felt they should have informed me of that when we decided on the time. I would have set it earlier in the day if I knew. The arrangement they made geared towards romantic, with red roses and babies breath (which the florist on duty removed) and a variety of flowers, including purple, set in a plain, clear vase. I had given them a $60 budget to create a Christmas themed gift. I was expecting something with a lot more Christmas greens, eucalyptus, red and white carnations, maybe a pine cone or two, red ribbon, and a red, green, or gold vase. What I got was a standard bouquet that looked like something I could have picked up from Safeway at the last minute for half the price. When I commented at the party later that evening that I had gotten it at a florist, the hostess expressed surprised that it was florist-made. I guess it didn't look like it came from a florist to her - she probably thought it came from a grocery store! This was a real disappointment. I am genuinely surprised, given all the other positive reviews. Sounds like we had different expectations and ideas. Next time, I will go to a different florist and I will bring in photos of what I am looking for, or I will pick a premade arrangement off of Teleflora. read more
