Once submitted I was disappointed in the outcome of 2 events - the first being a call stating all the touckes and roughly 30 of the hats had already been embroidered and they realized the logo was too small for the size of the hat - I supplied the eps file for embroidery which was a basic size and should be adjusted by a professional to accommodate the material being placed on. Apparently it was my fault and the 30 hats plus all the touckes was on my own dime no negotiation on that one which I didn't bother arguing. Then I got home to organize my order and gather the hoodies for the list I had to give out too - my 2 God boys are youth XL - I ordered 6 and was going to send them each 2 - I went through the order 3 times, no youth XL - I sent an email to the company to advise and the response was again my fault and I must have not looked the order over should redo it - they claimed they did a piece count (no mention of size count) which totalled the correct amount ordered and I must have missed something. I responded with again, I went through the sizes 3 times and don't need to re look at it there are definitely no youth XL ( I am thinking they may have an extra 6 adult XL or something but haven't taken the time to look at the per count as I already gave a bunch out. What happened to customer service and a company taking some responsibility? I placed a $4800 order and believe me I was not trying to get 6 free sweaters I just wanted to get my God children the sweaters I promised them as I do it every couple years. Too bad

No help in the dressing room, no help finding sizes, cold demeanour at the counter despite spending hundreds of dollars, etc. I would say the store is known for this. If your goal is to find a nice outfit and you can do it on your own, you'll be fine. I was in this shop today and can only give this review on what the selection was in the store…read more Once again, this is the selection only, we did not purchase or try a dress on. First, this is like walking into a fairytale with some of these dresses. They had such a large variety, I was shocked. There was young girls trying on these beautiful gowns. Some in red, others in gold and some in burgundy, I think you could find anything in here, long , short or cocktail dresses and every color option. Each dress was so full of personality, of course they all looked beautiful. I am not sure someone can look bad in these dresses. When you put one one, you just feel like a princess. The ladies in the shop were very nice to us, asked us if we needed any help, talked about the weather. They were very down to earth. The gowns ranged around $300 - 500, but there was a back wall with ones on sale, they were around $200. I thought this was a pretty good price. I liked the selection here. It is the only store that posts a sign. "Please remove shoes before entering". I think this is so no one would catch the shoe while trying on the dress.

These prom dresses are the main attraction for many girls that flock to this store all winter, and when I finally went to pick out a dress the women that worked there made me never want to come back. They wouldn't let my friend go into the change room with me, our bags were taken behind the cash register (who would try to smuggle out 11 layers of toule?), and no pictures were allowed to be taken of me trying on the dress. Not-So Hot Hint: Don't plan on being able to zip and unzip yourself, I was reprimanded and given the "you break it you buy it" line for doing just that.
