It was already 15 minutes passed my appointment in which I had to drive 45 minutes each time I come in. If the front desk staff would have just graciously had given me a heads up I wouldn't have been so upset and could have made arrangements to get to another appointment I had with my job. By time I left the office it was 30 minutes passed my appointment time and I tried to reschedule and they told me they didn't have another appointment for another month. It's the lack of consideration that ruined my whole experience for me. I like my technician but after this second appointment in which I couldn't even have a service I will have to reconsider coming back. I would have paid for more laser treatments in the future if I didn't have such a bad experience with customer/patient service or lack there of.
