My results were less than spectacular, and i have a NEW forehead wrinkle i had never seen before! I called today and spoke (i should say, listened, as she kept speaking over me) to Devin, who told me that Botox takes 2 weeks for one to see any effect. Anyone who has had a successful Botox treatment knows that this is not true. When Caroline treated me, i saw immediate improvement in the eyebrow area. I finally gave up, as Devin put me on hold, talking to various people, and i realized that i had spent almost $750 in vain, as no one was concerned that i was not pleased with the results. i asked several times whether they would offer any corrections, and was told to call back in 2 weeks. This was very disappointing, as i have previously had a positive experience at Skin Spirit in both California and in the Maryland area. The surgery itself went fine afterwards it took about a week longer than I was expecting to get back to work. My main complaint is that after spending all that money and going through all the agony of recovery I got zero results. My neck looks exactly the same as it did before the surgery very disappointing. I would not recommend. Although Dr. Sullivan Offered me spa memberships to try to compensate, I decided to waive that because of my lack of trust. When I first walked in, we were greeted by a staff member who showed us around the facility. The facility isn't kept up well. The upholstery on the lone massager chair was deeply cracked. The rooms are quite small and there's rust on some of the trim. When you open the door to the tank, theres a slight smell that reminds me of mildew. The tank in itself was clean which is good and the water was a comfortable temperature. Floating was surprisingly easy and my body felt more relaxed. Overall, I think floating isn't part of my journey and this facility needs some updating including better ventilation to mitigate viruses.

While I understand practices may believe that there is minimal increase in infection rates using exam gloves, you can't deny that there are more recalls on regular exam gloves, usually because of contaminants. At 92, my mom cannot afford to be on the wrong side of the statistic. I had hoped the Dr. would have returned so I could have expressed my concerns, but he did not. Calls to the office manager were not returned. This is factory medicine at best.

So I'm very satisfied now with the people and the quality of care.
