He came the day after I contacted him, measured, cut and installed a piece of wood which he secured to joists in the ceiling with a brand new light box. The light is flesh against the ceiling now and very secure. Brian was also great to text regarding the issue before even hiring. He explained what was happening and possible resolutions I could try, but ultimately the drywall was breaking and I didn't want to risk further damage. The work itself took over an hour to complete and it cost less than $200. I won't ever have to worry about the stability of my light box should I choose to change it in the future.
