In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service.
