My house was embarrassingly messy , we hadn't been able to get it properly cleaned In months, and with busy jobs and 2 young kids it had definitely gotten pretty bad. I tried to do as much as I could to pick up things before they came so they could clean properly, but even then, it was a lot of mess to work through. They did not cut any corners regardless! They did such a detailed cleaning , the amount of dust they were able to get out from under, behind, and on top of furniture, ceiling fans, etc was shocking. I will be sticking with them from now on. I hired Gladis and her team after I saw them at my neighbors house and I'm so happy I found them! From the beginning Gladis has been very responsive and also straightforward with pricing. My first cleaning was a deep clean before the holidays and I was so pleased with the results I decided to continue with monthly cleanings. I think pricing is very fair and I am so amazed with how quick, efficient, but also thorough Gladis and her team are. Gladys promises a great cleaning, however, if you need to ask her for anything outside of her norm you'll have to keep reminding her every week. The first clean Gladys performed was good, not great, not spectacular, but good. After a few weeks the cleaning got worse. Gladys cannot commit to a certain time, and will show up when she can, which is okay if you don't need to go anywhere. I had high hopes, with the high price, but Gladys was not happy at my house, repeatedly asked to do the same things over and over(which she said would be completed during the initial walkthrough). Overall you can try Gladys, but expect attitude, high prices, and service which gets worse over time. Also, I notice glowing reviews for being on time. All the 5 start reviews may be her friends/family. First visit was Tuesday because she was busy Monday. Every other visit was Monday. Then she was late because of traffic, vacation in Mexico, and other reasons. Just be careful with 5 start glowing reviews. I see Gladys responded to my review, and texted me mad. Gladys provided the price at the initial walkthrough, $300 per visit., a lot higher than most in my area. Paying extra did not provide a good enough job. The walkthrough is the chance to set a price, and confirm if she wants to work there. Fyi initially Gladys' team was at my house for 3 hours....... The last visit they were gone after 1.5 hours. DO NOT BOOK, LATE AND STILL DIRTY. Almost got scammed. I made an appointment with Mejia's cleaning to clean my kitchen and living room. They had to move the appointment 2 hours later due to a family emergency, which is fine. Then they were 45 minutes late to our rescheduled time. They did not clean the inside of the drawers while cleaning the kitchen. Our drawers were empty since we've just moved in. They then told us it was a different cleaning process because they "had to take everything out". I asked them how much extra would it be for them to clean the inside of the drawers but they wouldn't give me the updated price. On the phone, they quoted me $150 but when I was trying to pay, they switched the price to $175 because they "forgot" the quote they gave me. The place was still super dirty after. I do not recommend this service. They also left their trash at my front door. read more

Gladys and her crew are very efficient, detail oriented, and fairly priced. I've had her come clean 3 times now, and each time has been satisfactory. They don't just clean easy to reach areas and surfaces; they will go through the trouble of moving items on countertops or on the floor to dust, wipe, or vacuum every surface. The kitchen and bathrooms are always spotless when they're done. A couple small criticisms: Sometimes they don't return items to where they were on the countertops after cleaning (though this has only happened once when Gladys brought a different crew). A couple times when I was her second or third appointment of the day, she has run late by about an hour, but my schedule is fairly open so it hasn't been too much of a problem for me. If that is a concern, Im would suggest asking for an earlier appointment. Other than that, it's been a great experience and I will definitely continue requesting Mejia's Cleaning Services! read more

They cleaned for me a couple times. I gave them two more times and they really didn't get any better. They do not get mirrors clean. I'm a mile from the beach and they get that film on them from salt water. They never got them not to be streaky. They broke a two hundred dollar lamp and a pint glass that they threw in the trash. Didn't realize that I saw. I pulled it out. I must say that they did pay for them. There was something missing from the mantle in the living room that I didn't notice until a day or two after they left and I also realized that they broke a crystal martini glass. I don't know how they got all those 5 start ratings. I wouldn't have them back. One team I had for three years until they moved back to Mexico. I miss having a good team. read more

Only giving them 1 stars because they actually came when they said they would and because they cleaned the cabinets however, still left the previous owners trash. This was a move in cleaning in a very dirty house (previous owners did not clean) the original quote was for $350 and they said they would clean the walls and scrub the molding, sanitize etc, they said 3 people would come in and "clean" Turns out only one person came to clean the entire house. The day of I had to work so I could not be there. My father was there and he paid them $375 for a mediocre job that I still had to do on my day off. Literally, there was dirt on the walls that were easy to come off with a rag and some soap-pine Sol or whatever. There were spiders webs still all over the house. I have a 2 year old that touches everything so you can just imagine how clean I needed this house to be and they took advantage. Charged me an arm and a leg for a job that was not at all well done. Unfortunately I don't like to write these types of reviews but in this situation it was necessary. This review took me about two months to write definitely long overdue. Back in mid January I was looking for a cleaning service to come do a great job at a deep clean for my home in February due to me being 8 months pregnant, and only being able to clean so much with bending. I found Mejia's cleaning and decided to reach out. At first, she was so fast at responding which was great she came out to give a quote and with the size of my home I assumed it was decent for a deep clean as I mentioned that is what I was looking for and made that clear. I explained to her that I wanted a GREAT DEEP CLEAN before my newborn child arrives so I would be at ease when she came home from the hospital, she assured me that EVERYTHING is deep cleaned cabinets are cleaned out and wiped down, deep cleaning in every area in the bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen. She emphasized everything would get a great deep clean, and not to worry but the only things that weren't included in the total were fridge, stove, and windows would be extra. Towards the end I did let her know as mentioned I was looking for the cleaning in February possibly closer towards the end she was okay with scheduling it for later. Gladys responded with an estimate right that night, for 350 then 450 with windows. This was January 15th I then responded a few days later we finally ended up scheduling for the 22nd of Feb. I never got a confirmation or follow up but I decided to follow up just to make sure and I assumed she was busy which is fine... when I did reach out she changed it to the 23rd which was also fine. LONG story short, I ended up going into labor the 21st and wasn't home for the 23rd, I let them know that and I asked my dad to let in gladys and her team to clean. I come back home from the hospital on the 24th... We have a few miscommunications regarding the extras I wanted to add on but Gladys said she would come back and clean if needed I told her it wasn't necessary. When I got back home I did a thorough check, and after coming home and giving birth and being a mom of a three year old and newborn AND paying 450 for a deep cleaning I expected a way better job. Anywhere that needed sweeping or a vacuum under the couches/beds/dressers still had a lot of dust same as I left it. my cabinets in my kitchen were not cleaned out and wiped down as promised, inside nor out. The floors were still not mopped correctly and counters in the kitchen were just quickly wiped nothing was moved for a deep clean. I was extremely disappointed.. I'll attach pictures of our conversation she offered to come back which was nice but the explanation just sounded ridiculous so with this service I didn't want someone to come back I just hired another cleaning service to do a better job. read more
