Usually don't leave reviews but this company helped me out when I was in a tough spot. I was working with a contractor finishing up my first boutique retail store in Newport. Unfortunately construction wound up not finishing on time and the operations manager rivail was able to change the times twice for me and get a crew in right after construction at 1am just before our grand opening next day. I can imagine it was an inconvenience and really appreciate him and his staff working with me and stepping up to get all of the work done. I hired this company about 6 mos ago to clean our office based on the excellent reviews noted here on Yelp. Not sure if everyone's standards are low or what but this company consistently and weekly provided the WORST cleaning service ever. When they come out to bid they provide you with a list of cleaning tasks that are "supposed" to be done every week however this is simply NOT the case and after going multiple rounds with the CSR Mauricio we decided to pull the plug. Every issue we brought up became an excuse. When he was asked if he is the owner he said yes which is not true. I swear, the guy has more wrap than Renoylds and basically told us to take a hike if we were not happy with the service. And that's exactly what we did... Subpar work. Cheap rates but we found a better service that charges only $10 more a month. A service that actually gives a flying fu×& about their customers. Stay clear of this company. read more

Landlord problems- I operate 2 large shared office spaces. 1 here in costa mesa 95 offices, 6 bathrooms and a 2nd in Torrance with 57 offices and 4 bathrooms. Many of our small businesses wanted cleaning for their individual suites but finding a company to do all the details in each office became a complaint nightmare for me. Our previous cleaning crew sucked! Literally would come in on non-scheduled days(cleaning the 2 days a week, right after one another), they would not empty all of the trash cans and when we had accidents in the office that needed extra attention they never got to them or seemed to forget about it. Smart Janitorial; especially Jerome has been great to work with. The pricing was fair for what has been delivered in services so far. Also, they did some additional work in the beginning to earn trust with us. We have been using their service since October of 2016. One our employees used them for some home services as well; I'm not sure if this is apart of their normal services they offer but they did do a great job at their home as well. We received 3 proposals and these guys best addressed our specific needs and budget in the proposal. They were also the most available as far as contact.
