Started service for weekly cleaning, to start we had a $250 deep clean that went well. They returned for one other service ($70) that was fine. We were then scheduled for service the day before Thanksgiving.I never got service that day even though I left the front door open for them. Either way I guess there was a miscommunication she did send a text and I understand that. Now come this week on Friday I'm expecting service only to find out by text "My house required more time then anticipated and we cant give your home the time it deserves" No talk of maybe we have to charge more service.... nope they just quit. I used Ashley Cleaning service for about one year. At the beginning I "thought" they were good. I was not at home when they came because I work. I started noticing a lot of dust and on the kitchen floor I had water spots from the day before which I left on the floor and came home to find them still there. I had to Bono my floors myself! The high armoire in the bed had not ever been dusted, when I went there to clean all these dust balls came down...disgusting! I had 2-3 people in my 1100 sq. ft. condo, they only stayed 1 1/2 hours and obviously it appeared clean but it was not. If I needed anything extra like clean the slider on the outside they said that would cost more. Really! What do they do for 1 1/2 hours??? They ended up quitting on me because I was cleaning the slider when they came in and behind the sofa, they don't like anyone to be critical of their work. And they charge a lot of money! I've now found someone who is so good, I'm blessed to have her. She spends about 5-6 hours here and the home sparkles when she leaves. And she is half the price of the Ashley girls. Naomi & Stacy did an absolutely SPECTACULAR job deep cleaning my house after a bathroom remodel. They were meticulous and cleaned up areas that I would have never thought could be cleaned (like the stone in front of my fireplace that was yellowed with age....now it's white!!!!! Naomi cleaned the kitchen which is spotless and the cleanest it's been in ages. Stacy did an amazing job on my bathrooms cleaning the dust off from the remodel and cleaning the tub which had seen better days during the remodel process. WARNING..these girls are not what they say they are, I see people so deceived by them. They brag about how clean they are and from the moment I hired them, they always talked about how people leave them the house and they come back to a clean home...I never felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in the house, so I hung around...The smell of the house is good, yes...the house feels clean...yes...they take the dust away...yes, but be ware , your house is full of GERMS from these people...I Found their floor Mop in my kitchen sink one day, and that disgusted the living hell out of me...the sink is a sanitary place, not a floor mop sink...I would wipe areas of floors with Lysol Wipes after they leave, and find filth on it....worse than all, is that they clean the inside of the toilet bowls with their bare hands, and then touch every thing in your house including your kitchen and the counters that you eat off of, and spread toilet germs everywhere, I watched them, they never wash their hands afterwards, their hands get wiped with your cloth, towels or whatever you have there......That explains why they hated having me in the house while they cleaned and always talked me into leaving them the house...BE CAREFUL AND WARNED.
