The roses are doing fantastic. We planted them ourselves at home. Expert care before the apple trees arrived. Piala had the gas company come out and mark the gas lines. Piala also had a rep come out to measure and double check placement for the trees ahead of time. The rep was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

As we were paying, the girl at the checkout, Ellie, was very excited about the spider plant we chose. We told her it was a gift. Sadly we don't have green thumbs. She was so sweet and told us how spider plants are great natural humidifiers. She also showed us how to check when they need water. All things we didn't know and made us want to buy a few spider plants for ourselves. She was so happy and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews. One looked dead when I bought it, but the manager insisted it was dormant. It was dead. 11 months later, I went in the exchange it or get a refund because it was guarantted for a year. They refused and said my "garden club" membership didn't exist and treated me badly. I had to go home and find the receipt. I found it by chance a month later and went back. I was told they couldn't help as it was over a year ago. I have spent thousands of $$ there, was a garden club member, and they won't help me with $12 of a larger annual purchase. I can only surmise they won't stand by anything larger either. This is NOT how you treat loyalty - and how do you LOSE my membership (despite their being virtually no rewards.)
