Absolutely Blown Away! I walked into Anna's Laundromat for the first time in forever, and I was absolutely blown away by the improvements! The place looks fantastic -- clean, bright, and totally refreshed. They've got all brand-new washing machines and every single one of them works perfectly. I especially love the huge washers -- I was able to wash my king-size comforter with zero worries about it getting fully cleaned. What a great experience at Anna's Laundromat today! The remodel looks amazing--bright, clean, and so welcoming. Every machine in the building was working perfectly, and the new high-capacity washers and dryers are freaking AWESOME!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES! I am on vacation here in Orange Beach and I rented a condo for the weekend, we had the option of paying $120 to have a maid service come clean the place or we could do it ourselves. We decided to do it ourselves, and we discovered that the dryer at the unit didn't work. So i took a soaking wet load of clothes along with a dry load of sheets to the nearest laundromat. I arrived at anna's laundromat at 5:00 pm on the dot, since it said online that the last load is at six and the place closes at 7:00 Pm. The lady working at the front desk insisted that the last load was actually at 5 Pm, and when i told her i got there at exactly five pm, she didn't want to hear it, she said i could dry my clothes but she would not let me start a new load. So instead of wasting my time arguing with her, since she clearly had something important to do after work, I am writing this review. I had to drive 15 min away a place called Orange Beach laundromat which is 24 hrs, which is where I am posting this review from. I left this place very very upset, would not recommend it to my worst enemy. :) read more

I've been here a few time for WDF service. The girls were always friendly and did a good job. Came in yesterday and the elderly lady working was rude right from the start. She told me to not expect to get my laundry back anytime soon. I was trying to say I was fine with that but she wouldn't let me talk. I finally said I think I'll just go somewhere else. I live close by, but I won't be back. Went to AAA laundry. Nice people there. read more

This laundry mat had 13 washer with out of service signs on them . How do you except customer to use them ? I would also remen them to let the customer use the folding tables to fold our clothes instead of piling bags on them and all over the floor . Very disappointed with this faculty. read more

They do not stay open until 7, they need to change their hours. They don't take any washes past 5pm. Very disappointed

Not really much to say about this place. Rude people working, 14 dryers out of service, nothing really positive in this whole joint. God forbid you ask for some quarters, you'll be chewed out by one of the permanently frowning peeps working. read more

VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Would not recommend my pet to go here!!! I just read a comment about their closing times... We got there 5:50 and it says closes at 7:00; the door was open; but as soon as we get our clothes out the truck... There's an older lady who says, "oh, I was just coming to lock the door"... She says it with a very demonic smile... I just pray for her... If this is your business, please get someone else to run it!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Omg I went there yesterday to wash items for my condo and I was limited to one washer The one dryer I used left my white towels with black stuff all over them from the dryer. The staff was snotty as ever . Seems they cater to the locals and treat condo people aliens . The place is run down the majority of the machines were out of order . This should have been a sign to walk out but I needed to get some things washed fast . If you are a condo owner research a different place I will in the future find some place elsewhere . read more

Dryers worked great and got the job done. I didn't need any quarts and products so it was an easy in and out.

Anna's Laundry by Rouses has the RUDEST woman I've ever encountered personally. It's 5:20...I put clothes in the dryer and was gonna run pick up a few small gifts for my kids cause it's all I can do and asked the lady when they closed. She said if no one was here, they'd close at 5:30. I chuckled and said "I'm just going to run to Walmart real quick and my stuff is in the dryer." She replied as people were leaving that since they're leaving if I left, she'd close the store because she only had to stay if there were people here. "Really? So you'll close the place even if there's clothes in the dryer? I'm just running to get presents for my kids. I'll be back before they're done!" She shook her head and said she'd be closing at 5:30 if no one was there because she was tired and ready to go home. She's been sitting outside in a lounge chair playing on her phone the whole time I've been here. Not to mention, she's smoking with the door open making the whole place smell like smoke. Unbelievable. Laziness at its best. Will drive over the bridge and never come back here again. read more
