Called CHP Atwater, CA, and others listed on NHTSA to inspect and assist with install of child car…read moreseat in my vehicle. CSAA was the only facility that readily scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday. Their only day of the week they provide this free service. Pulled into their parking bay and took care of child seat inspection right away. They taught me how to install. Shoulder harness is pulled all out then in a few inches to hear click click sound confirming belt is in lock mode. So when belt is snaked through car seat and locked into latch opposite side then slowly release belt webbing until it is locked tight while you use your knee to sit on seat. Jiggle middle of car seat and should have no play exceeding 1 inch in either direction.

I came in to do a dmv process for an out of state registration & turns out they can only do it when it's convenient to them & not for the customer. They give you a date for an appointment far out so yo have no choice but to go to the dmv. It's always something here, always. Mean while I go to other locations never an issue.

On 5.1.26 I went to the Postal Connection (PC) located 1120 Commerce Ave in Atwater CA. I went in…read moreto send an important document overnight to San Francisco. I was told by the counter person that the soonest it would get there was Monday 5.4.26 by noon. This was not optimal but I agreed nonetheless. I paid them $60 for this service (seemed high, in fact I checked later with USPS for literally the same service and it was nearly half). So fast forward to Monday 5.4.26 at noon and my package was not delivered. I called PC and spoke with the owner. She said that on her end it indicated that the UPS delivery had a deadline of 11:30PM. That was my first clue that this company was at a minimum deceitful. I had made it crystal clear that this needed to be delivered before noon and the clerk said it would be. So I waited till Tuesday 5.5.26 AM and my package still wasn't delivered. I called PC yet again, this time the owner wouldn't speak with me. The person answering the phone, when confronted with my challenges with their horrible service decided he was overwhelmed and hung up on me. My advice to anyone that needs to get an important doc. delivered on a strict timeline DON'T use Postal Connection in Atwater CA. They clearly don't appreciate the importance of overnight deliveries. And I suggest they don't even know how to perform a simple task like what I needed. Let me reiterate...DON'T use Postal Connection Atwater CA. Look at their Yelp reviews. Obviously I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I wish I had.
