I can't even begin to say how much I enjoy having April as my agent. She has helped me through some tough times of dealing with another agent's (NOT at Anne's office!) terrible mistakes and even helped get me a refund from the disaster his incompetence made out of my insurance. She responds quickly to every communication and the rest of the team is always willing to help if she's not available. April walks me through things answering all my questions with patience and even remembers details of my life to check up on later. I have had my retirement, auto, home, life and health insurance with Anne since Feb. 2010. What I love best... When I had a payment that wasn't on time, the office called me, emailed me and also sent a letter to let me know. I have read other reviews and felt like this should be let know that I had a very opposite experience. In addition, I have also have watched them make 3 connections before cancelling any policy. I have watched first hand the level of customer service that they give to every client. To be reminded 3 times to make a payment reminded me of the service they put in place to make sure no one gets left behind. Claims: They have a person in the office dedicated to handle the claim. We once again received a non renewal letter from our homeowners ins company and called the office the next day after speaking with Jennifer. The gals ran our home address to determine if they could cover us and much to all of our surprise they could!!!! I was transferred to April who took some basic information, and got everything handled in a matter of a few minutes with such ease! She asked about bundling our car insurance as well to get us additional benefits and savings. April again pulled up all of our information and had a quote that saved us in mere minutes. Thank you State Farm in Jackson for saving us money. First, Megan recommended us to refinance which April, also in the State Farm office, helped us accomplish that by assisting us in the paperwork for Quicken/Rocket Mortgage. This is a great insurance agency! I moved to this area just over a year ago and inquired with them about homeowners insurance. State Farm in Jackson is one of the most honest and informative businesses I have come across in awhile. Anne Lintz is my agent and went out of her way to set up my life insurance to make it as affordable and relative for me as possible. Their roadside service is amazing and cheap, (like $1/month)! When I locked my keys in my car, I called the local office and talked to a lovely girl named Kate and she handled the whole thing and I was back in my car in no time!
