But here's my review: 5- STARS with the following comment: I've been with State Farm for over 30-years and the agent Anne Sandoval since about year 2000, so that would be about 17-years. Bottom line, her office treats us like family. Even when my father passed away 8-years ago her office sent us an edible arrangement to our house. Who does that anyway? No one! But Anne Sandoval's office did. I wouldn't change even if you paid me to. I'm not going to sacrifice 30 plus years of being with State Farm just for the sake of changing or to save a few dollars. This office is insurance with a heart. The ladies there are very helpful and profesional. They do go above and beyond to resolve your issues. At one time one of the ladies offered to go to an intersection to take pictures for a claim. While I was at the office someone called they needed to make a payment but unable to walk out of their car they quickly offered to go to their car to take care of it. I was like wow!! Can't say enough. They return calls in a timely manner and I know if I am ever past due I will get a call to remind me. Full staff. I even took a picture one time because all their desk were full. A tornado hit my house last week. That's the time when you know if you have good insurance and a good agent! State Farm was out in the neighborhood within hours, and they even set up a portable kiosk for people who needed immediate assistance. Unfortunately, I live in Texas (yes, home of "tornado alley"), and Anne doesn't service this area, but I have friends who live in Colorado and they talk about the great service they get from Anne and State Farm.
