I will start by saying that Amanda is very friendly and outgoing, and that we had no problems in studio except that we did not have a choice about colours or backgrounds for the Newborn Package 2. Also, we were told that our package did not cover certain sets, so I just went along with what she said because she's the "professional". When we left, I forgot to ask about the turn around time so I sent her a FB message 5 days later (that was our means of communication previously) because my mom asked me to check; my mom was very excited to see photos of her first grandchild. I was sure to say that I did not expect the photos right away, I just wanted to know the timeline. I did not receive a response so 10 days after the last message (15 days after the shoot) I sent another message just asking about the timeline...still not expecting to receive the photos. She did not respond to us, instead 2 days later I received the photos and she did not touch up anything that she said she would. My poor beautiful baby had peeling skin and redness. I do not like to give bad reviews and looking back at the photos, it makes me so sad that Amanda did not try to provide a finished product. I thought that I was choosing a good package based on the number of photos and time in studio, I did not think that it would affect the quality of the work that I would receive. I waited for awhile before commenting, thinking that I was being too picky, but even now, almost nine months later, I am so sad that we weren't able to capture our newborn properly. I thought that if I booked a follow up session, then I could discuss my concerns in person and maybe she would fix her work. We booked on the 26 Sept for a 19 Nov session. On the 27 Oct, she advised me that she doesn't do follow up session on those days. Suffice to say, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. UPDATE: Since posting the above review, I reached out to discuss my displeasure because I hate giving negative reviews. She threatened legal action if I do not remove my review and insulted the looks of my baby. STAY AWAY she is very unstable. I could not believe the comments made. I should not have reached out to try and resolve the situation as you cannot rationalize with an irrational person.

What sold us was their sample photos, videos, as well as pricing-the owner Adolfo assured us that by being a small business, they have low overhead costs, hence the deal. Our package included all photos, 100 thank you cards, album, 3 min video recap+raw video footage. What we received was really bad quality. After months of me trying to remedy the situation with Studio 10222, an entire month of him completely ignoring me till I threatened the BBB, we are retaking our wedding photos and having a professional redo our 3 minute recap. When we went to our final meeting to get our raw video footage after all that, Adolfo blamed bad weather, lack of time, and then ME for the fact that our photos were awful - 0 accountability or sincere apology on his end. After 40 minutes of arguing, it was clear this was the worst decision we made for photo/video. We went to a new photographer for a consult to retake photos as it was clear Studio 10222 isn't interested in remedying our situation to avoid this bad review which I warned him of so this can't come as a surprise to you, Adolfo. The first thing the new photographer asked was if we were showing them cellphone camera photos. They were in shock that we paid money for these. Now the video issue. I requested edits on the 3 min recap, we were told we'd get the revision a week later-not surprisingly it's been almost 2 weeks- ghosted again! Our new videographer who is going to fix it was shocked to see how awful the 3 min recap is. It's a bunch of random clips, not in sequence, the longest part is of the antipasto bar, the mom/son dance is featured longer than our first dance. It's pathetic. He is concerned he may not be able to produce a professional looking 3 min recap due to the bad raw video quality, so I have submitted guest cellphone video of our first dance and ceremony as the quality is better on their devices! It appears Studio 10222/Adolfo B. & his crew have no professional training in photography/videography. Whatever work they show potential customers is either not theirs or not at par with what we received. They are just a few "business people" with cameras who don't know how to use them & shouldn't be in the wedding industry. Bottom line if you've read this far and are still considering using his services for your wedding, I will say I told you so in advance.

And she took in consideration my request not to be overdone, as that is not my style. Then the real fun started! Willow, the photographer was a master at keeping me relaxed, explaining (with demonstration) each pose very clearly, always asking my opinion and checking my comfort level. They are mainly photos of peoples back of their heads, people feet, random things. Most photos are off-center, unedited, and most were blurry. We could not find one nice photo out of 100. This is so heartbreaking because its not like an annual even like a birthday party where were can "try again next year". This was a once in a life time moment that will never come again. My husband and my family and I are in disbelief and are so very heartbroken. We let the owner (paul) know who has stopped replying. There has been no solution, no refund, not even an apology.
