    Fresh cut trees smelled heavenly.

Fresh cut trees for $10/foot which is a great price compared to the nursery a few blocks up on Woodhaven. They have 3 different types to choose from. Our associate Scottie was so welcoming and helpful. He made our experience such a pleasure and was super helpful from the moment we arrived. Superb service. Quality trees. Good price. Will be back every year.

Plenty of full, healthy, beautiful trees to choose from. Tallest tree selection as well. Staff are genuinely friendly, organized, and work fast. $10 dollars a foot great price! *Cash only*

Tree was never trimmed, resin layer build up prevented tree from absorbing water causing it to rot.

We have been getting trees from Anne's for so long, very nice people and great customer service. Unfortunately this year it was the worse tree we've ever had. The second day after purchase our tree smelled like a rotten animal had died in it, our whole house smelled like that. I called Anne's and they told me that there may be a layer of zap not allowing the tree to absorb water so we tried to clean it even though this very heavy tree was over 6 ft high. That didn't work out so we just continued trying to prevent the tree from dying before Christmas. Our ornaments started falling off, the smell got worse embarrassing actually since we had family over and they couldn't stand eating around the stinky tree. So we decided to take it down and throw it away and as we were throwing it we noticed that our tree was in fact never trimmed on the bottom so the resin just prevented the tree from absorbing water in turn dying and the stagnant water just rot.

There's a spot in Brooklyn on Pitkin Ave where a few homes are extravagantly decorated for Christmas. Not in the Clark Griswald sense of extravagantly decorated, but attention to the smallest little detail, as with the lamppost on the corner within the snowy winer little town setting. There's something about figurines that enchants the inner child in me and my heart flutters as my eyes are mesmerized scanning the little street with the sled repair shop business, the bakery and the chocolatier with the rotating gears that pop out beautiful little chocolates. I love trees and lights, stockings and ornaments but the little towns people doing little pre Christmas things - in these Rockerll-esq scenes, I dare say that my Christmas would be incomplete without. So the spot in Brooklyn is no longer operational, I banged a right on Crossbay like I'd done in years past, and drove until the lights hit, but there were no lights, there was nothing. An online search revealed it (the ornamentally appointed homes) were no more, it vanished, it was all over. But you basically sat in your car and "oooohhh-ed" and "aaaahhh-ef" until done jackhole blared his horn,l. It was over crowded but a testiment to the folks that put it all together. So I typed in "Christmas" into Yelp and bang, 3 miles away was the Christmas Store. It was in an area I knew well, somehow it's eluded me as it's been in business for years, it was the old piano manufacturer. A look inside and your immediately greeted by tens of thousands of ornamental displays, this Christmas wonderland was chiming the song "down the chimney with ole St Nick" The owner and I spoke, he had great cheer and has a wonderful eye for placement. I initially commented to him on the magnificence of the garlands and floating wreaths. The shop is giant and full, old wooden boards creeking under your feet as your looking around, ho upstairs, it gets better! Big Nutcracker soldiers and Santa in his sleigh reading the little letters. Snowman, snowflakes, pinecones, silver bells and bugles. Organize organically with like creatures and like trees and I took a video of the little towns which il attempt to post now to get y'all excited about Christmas 2025. I could write on and on and I'm withholding temptation not too. Happy New Year Everyone

I come here the most , not because it's the best Home Depot but because it's the closest to home…read more It has a easy to get to parking lot. There's also some food options around the area and a Trader Joes. That's going to end now after a recent horror experience. I ordered multiple LED light fixtures for pick up the next day. I came into the store and they had it all packed in the shopping cart. I checked my list to make sure all were in the cart and I went to load them into my car. As I grabbed the boxes I noticed 2 of the same lights weighed differently as I picked them up. I shook the lighter one and it was empty, just a cardboard box. I immediately went back inside and showed them. They went to speak to the associate who packed it and he obviously said it wasnt empty when he put the order together. They told me there's nothing they can do. I'm standing there baffled by what they are telling me, and clearly they are indirectly calling me a thief and a liar. I beg them to check my car and security cams. They did neither of those and said they will look into it and call me back if they find anything. I honestly should've made a big scene at the store but I already had a long and rough week. This was adding to my run of bad luck. I was ready to take a big L and lose out on $30 for the missing light. Luckily online support is more competent and might I say shown more customer support than the employees at this branch. They were able to refund me for the missing light. Terrible experience here and I don't think I can ever step foot back here as I have zero confidence that they will work with me if any problems occur with my future orders and purchases. Also, I never received a call from the store. Maybe even an apology would be nice.

Time to update my review for Home Depot…read more What I like about this particular Home Depot is that it has a huge parking lot and close to many of the stores and eateries here. Walking in can be overwhelming. Trying to figure out where to find the items you want to purchase. Was shopping for a light bulb to replace the one in the fridge. Had to ask staff which aisle to find the light bulbs. Staff knew exactly which aisle and how to get to the aisle. It's like a going through a maze here. LOL. Felt like a Seinfeld episode-trying to find car in parking lot. It's just searching for a light bulb replacement for the fridge. Oy Vey! I need help. Luckily, I found a staff member (Look for staff with a Home Depot apron) with a name tag of Pablo. He was so helpful. He showed me where the appliance lightbulb exact location. Oh No! which color bulbs to select? Frosted/soft white to clear and even one that is yellow color bulb. I want to raid the fridge at 2 AM with no bright lights glaring at me. Pablo went over the different types and when to use. Selected the Soft White LED and headed to check out. Just follow the crowd and look for signs to check out. There was a long line at the checkout area. Staff directing customers to a self-out screen. It's all self-checkout counters. It can be pretty overwhelming trying to locate items here at Home Depot. Yes, one can spend a chunk of time going through the aisle. Tip- Flag down a staff with a Home Depot apron for assistance.
