Other providers were often harsh on my gums and teeth, and many lacked the empathy and patience needed to guide me on my dental hygiene journey. At Southglenn, you can truly feel the difference. Their compassion shows in how they speak to you, their gentle but thorough cleanings, and their clear expertise. Unlike other offices that rush you through, the team here takes their time and does it right every single visit. I live with periodontal disease, so having a knowledgeable and caring team makes all the difference. I was surprised to learn about everyday habits that were actually harming my dental health, like overusing mouthwash and brushing immediately after eating acidic foods. No other provider ever explained this to me before. I also want to highlight Blake, the Office Manager because she is truly an asset to this practice. She goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for and informed. She is the first person I've met in this field who sends personalized reminders and texts, answers all my questions before and after my appointments, and makes sure I leave with clear aftercare instructions. No other office has ever done that for me. Recently, I had to get a front tooth extraction by their visiting periodontist, which was something I was really dreading. Thanks to their calm approach and skill, the procedure went so smoothly I even joked afterward that I could have fallen asleep during it. After searching for more than five years, I can confidently say I've found my forever dental office. One last thing I want to share is that I know I haven't always taken the best care of my teeth, and I think some negative reviews about dental offices come from frustration rather than a realistic look at personal responsibility. But the team at Bloom was incredibly accommodating and made me feel as comfortable as possible. My hygienist and Dr. Neda were wonderful! They have a TV on the ceiling with headphones so you can watch something while they work, plus a massaging chair that helped distract from the cleaning. My daughter has a very narrow pallet (due to many years of thumb sucking) and it has been clear since she was very young that braces would be in her future. Our family doctor is a doctor of osteopathic medicine and recommended we look into ALF orthodontics rather than traditional braces the first time she met my daughter. My initial research in to ALF got me very excited about the potential and our consultation with Dr. Bieneman made me confident this was the right decision. We are now about 9 months into treatment and I am happy with the results we are seeing (and love that she experiences no pain and minimal discomfort) and I am impressed every visit with how well Dr. Bieneman interacts with his patients.
