They are so accommodating and listened to my questions and concerns. They have the latest equipment (I went in for a crown). I wouldn't normally say I had a great time going to a dentist- but today was different! Everyone I met was calm, kind, and made me feel at ease. Camille at the front desk really made me excited for my visit. When we were on the phone she really went above and beyond. She was reassuring and friendly. Zana was also great. One problem that I had in the past with my dental hygienists is that they don't tell me what's going on! I'm getting sprayed in the mouth, having it sucked out and then being stabbed in the gums. I was glad to know what was happening every step of the way with Zana. And she didn't stab me! Dr Rivera was very attentive and detail oriented. It seems like he truly cares about his patients and their backgrounds. I did not get the name of the woman who scanned my teeth and did my X-rays- but it was done quickly and mostly painless! Whenever I have X-rays, the top of my mouth is sore for weeks. She did it so I have no pain! The scanning machine is really interesting- it takes a 3D photo of all your teeth so the dentist can take a look without prying in your mouth. Thanks South Metro! read more

I love this practice. From the second you walk through the door, you are treated with sincerity. Zana is fantastic, she takes a general interest in your oral care. At one point during my cleaning, I busted out laughing because of Zana's genuine praise of how well I was caring for my teeth; I thought I may even receive a gold star to stick on my chest. I just moved to the area and needed a dentist to fix a cracked tooth. Came here for an initial appointment thinking I'd be sitting around for 30 minutes before seeing someone who would schedule another appointment to fix me up. Stop the press! I was sitting in the waiting room for no longer than 3 minutes before called back. The team was super friendly. I was in front of Dr. Morse within 10 minutes of arriving. I swore I was going to need a cap. Rather, he fixed the crack and I was out the door within 45 minutes TOTAL. As a businessperson I value my time. This office demonstrated that same value. I have been a patient for years now with South Metro Family Dentistry and must admit I love the care I receive here! As someone who clenches and chomps a lot, I tend to chip my teeth quite often. Yesterday I broke a huge piece of a filling off an upper front tooth. Much to my surprise, I was able to be have repair on my tooth and smile the same day! I had such a great experience when I went for my first consultation and appointment. Dr. Morris really put in a huge effort to make me feel right at home. When I walked in I was greeted by my dental hygienist who greeted me with a warm welcome. She brought me back to Dr. Morris's office and they really asked me about all my history. I could tell they really wanted to take the best care of me they possibly could and know all the pieces that fit into the puzzle. He also asked about my life and wanted to get to know me as a person as well. To top it off he wanted to make sure I got everything out of this trip as possible asking if I had any concerns or things I wanted to change about my teeth. Instead of telling me what we were going to do as far as whitening my teeth, he really wanted to work together with me to find the best solution. They walked me through everything they were doing and even took the time to explain what certain things meant on the x-rays and in photos. This was such a great experience. I felt like I have been going there my whole life. I have had really great experienced with dentists in the past but I have to say, this tops it off. They even had a welcome plaque for me when I sat in the cleaning chair! Every detail they do to make their patients feel welcome are noticed and I would recommend this dentist to anyone who wants a professional and thorough dentist who has your best interest in mind. read more

I had a great 1st visit to this office! I am a walking disaster and really didn't want to see another doctor, let alone a dentist. I have jaw pain, and after a few relocations ran into my fair share of "crentrists", aka total scumbags. You know the ones...you check out and they have a list of things you can buy, and poof! Whaddayaknow...I need 3 fillings a crown, and something else... sure, sure....I have only had 1 filling ever, but suddenly my mouth is just falling apart. I digress. So, for some reason, finding a new dentist is hard! Lucky you, because I can tell you Dr Morse and his staff are awesome! I experienced NO pain - in my jaw, or wallet. ;) Dr Morse was very concerned about my pain and took the time to figure out some of the things that are happening, and wants to help me. No dentist has ever done any exam on my jaw before, I was so impressed. He spent a very long time with me- not the typical 37.4 seconds. My cleaning was very comfortable, and other than having my teeth cleaned with sharp instruments it was like hanging out with a friend. I feel awful because I am blanking on my hygienists name, but she was fantastic! She was so sweet, and funny. I highly, highly recommend this practice...just don't go get crazy and fill up all the appointment times everyone. :) They had me at chapstick. read more

Wow--I am super impressed with South Metro Dentistry. I recently moved to the area and selected this practice based on the Google/Yelp reviews I saw for it, which almost seemed too good to be true. But I absolutely made the right choice! My first appointment was almost two hours--it started with an individual consultation with Dr. Rivera, where he took the time to learn my entire dental history, what my concerns were, and how I wanted to move forward with treatment. My previous experience with most dental practices is that you see the dentist for maybe 5 minutes at the end of your cleaning, so I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he took his time. I'm also 28 weeks pregnant, and everyone there seemed very familiar with common dental issues during pregnancy and what's safe treatment during pregnancy, which was really reassuring. I felt very taken care of the entire time, and especially when there are so many shady dental practices out there, I felt confident that South Metro Dentistry will take good care of me. This is an outstanding practice- caring and competent. I went to a dentist for many years who transferred this practice to the current dentist. I was nervous at first that this young looking dentist would be as good! He and his staff are top notch. They have handled both "technical" stuff- cavities, crowns etc for me as well as doing veneers that came out beautifully. The staff is organized, on time, billings are correct and professional.
