My BP read high and they refused to do the extractions. In the previous years they had a different medicine for high BP patients cause I have had extractions done at this location and so has my husband. But now all of a sudden they don't have that? So I left with my face swollen, in pain and both teeth that needed extracted. And no antibiotics either. I called the dentist that is in my Drs office and went there and got one of the worse tooth that needed removed at ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE. This was the second time I've had a bad experience at alpha dental. Im never going back! I'm also considering reporting the entire office to the dental board so they can't do what they did to me to another person! SHAME ON YOU ALPHA DENTAL!

I found out today that they made a partial I can only get once every five years without telling me I needed two crowns that if are now done the partial won't fit. Not to mention I asked for a tooth partial and they made a three tooth partial and charged my insurance. This place us a crook, they will lie and give no damn. Three weeks ago I was told my insurance was no longer accepted but to go ahead and make an appointment with the dentist because they would reddo two fillings that have fallen out multiple times ( the two teeth i was told today needed crowns and supposedly I was told this bout was not, the partial was still made) I was told that I would be called back if the dentist would not see me. So after almost three weeks and no call, I take off work only to be told they don't accept my insurance but I can pay out of pocket today for the fillings!! Lie after lie after lie. Stay away!!!

I called six months after my operation after I found out they never billed my insurance to get them to resolve it. It took me three different calls to fix the issue due to her rude, unprofessional, and self righteous attitude. She hung up on me three different times after personally insulting me multiple times. However after the last time she insulted me and hung up, my insurance was magically billed. Seems like they can only do their job when pressed about it. Lazy, incompetent, rude and self righteous. In my hindsight, they ran the estimate for treatment with a 2020 date so it came back that our benefits for the 2020 year were depleted so our out of pocket was higher. The surgery was not scheduled until 2021 though, so they ended up collecting almost double the amount from us that they needed to. The insurance company paid them on 1/18/21 and I have been trying to get a final bill out of them since. I have reached out to them three times now. Rebecca states that she is "far behind" because she keeps getting pulled to the front. She has not processed payments that are now over a month old and can give me no idea when she can do so. Conveniently for them delay is in their favor as they are holding several hundred dollars of our money hostage. I have a feeling if we owed them money, they would be in a bigger hurry to send the bill. It is unfortunate that in a time that so many households are struggling due to Covid, that this office can't put some effort into getting their act together. Beware.

Everything about my experience here, at a dentist, was as good as I could hope for it to be. So, where do I begin? He didn't sneeze in my mouth, he didn't ask questions while I had fingers in my mouth, and he didn't do any annoying scraping. Beyond that, though, he really took a personal interest in me as a patient. He asked about my life without prying and went as far as to call and check on me the night after my surgery. You're probably wondering why I would even choose to review a dentist. I asked myself the same question. The truth is, I was so satisfied with the personal attention I received here that I wanted other dental agonizers to know that there is a better way. So, while I hope I don't ever need to return here, I would choose this office over any other in the area for oral surgery.
