One ate my parent's food. put her fingers in their food when she had a cold and came to work in her pajamas. Told me she kept my dad's wheelchair in front of him when I could see on my camera that it wasn't near him. He tried to get up and she had no clue. Very unprofessional. Another one had a bad attitude. Tried to tell me what to do with my parents. Was nosey. Went through our food and cursed saying I needed to label things so she new what the **** it was. When she wasn't supposed to touch it. Became very hateful when she had to do more to help my father who had just come home from the hospital. Fussed and moaned doing things. Was out a total of 11 days in 3 months. They did not provide back up but told us they would try. She also told us she would come and check on her caregivers and only did with the first one. Then told me she didn't have time to check on them. Whenever we asked them to try to get my parents to do something, the answer was we can't make them. They would never try.
