We didn't put multiple offers - only one house at a time. We had contingencies to protect our bids from bad evaluations. Even celebrating the closing was only Manu-approved after the loan was approved and the docs were signed. All of which I appreciate because I'm fairly risk averse. Manu's team is a powerhouse. She made every deadline with room to spare. She was also really good at dealing with my bad mood and stress (real estate is brutal).
