Avoid, avoid, avoid. Right before we hired Mini, she made it clear the minimum value she thought our property would go for. She hadn't been showing up to our open houses and wasn't giving any sort of updates on which buyers had been expressing interest (even though we had a lot of interest in the pre-marketing phase, so expectations were really high). She eventually asked us if we knew of any buyers, which we found really odd given that we're not in the real estate industry and we figured that's the job of the realtor. A couple days before we were officially fielding offers, she brought another house to market within 1 mile of our house and a higher but competing price point, and unbeknownst to us, she scheduled the open houses at the exact same times on the exact same days. We found out that she was at the open house of the other house during the times she told us she'd be at our open house. We took a look at the marketing materials (which she didn't send to us beforehand, despite our request that we see the marketing materials before they were published) and there were blatant factual mistakes about our property, which led us to believe she was being careless with our property and wasn't giving it the same level of attention as the competing property. The day we were fielding offers we only got one offer at BELOW the price she even listed it at and WELL below the price she said it would ultimately go for. She tried to convince us that that was the best price we could get, but we decided to replace her with another realtor who fortunately created a bidding war that allowed us to sell above listing and far above the price she said we'd ultimately get.
