The work was amazing, and the dress ended up the perfect length. I drove in from State College for the alterations, and she was kind enough to give me recommendations for things to do in the area while she worked on the dress. Each time I get worried that I am about to drop a bunch of money on removing my food or pit stains, and it is always much cheaper than I expected. Their automated service now makes it super easy to both drop off and pick up outside of work hours, which is a huge plus. One note of warning, if you are getting a specialty item cleaned, they often won't let you pick it up from the automated side and you'll have to come in person during their open hours. Staff is fantastically nice!

In addition Sue has created many wedding dresses, gowns, including redesign if a customer explained what she would like something special added.
