It looked completely different from when he walked in. What makes it worse is that they double-checked what he wanted beforehand, and somehow still didn't listen. Instead of giving him the trim he asked for, they basically freestyled and cut his hair much shorter than he wanted. It isn't even cut evenly, there are noticeably longer sections in some areas than others. He ended up paying $30 for a haircut he did not ask for and did not want. If a customer clearly explains what they want, especially after you confirm it with them, that is what they should receive. Extremely disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend The Courthouse Barber. Listen to your customers instead of deciding for them how their hair should look.

Typically I go to a local chain and they do a good job but I didn't feel like waiting forever to get one. Plus small businesses need money more than ever right now so it was a win-win situation. I was able to walk in and get a cut w/ ease, no waiting around. The woman who cut my hair did a great job and finished quickly, like 10-15 minutes if even that. Also, I didn't have to worry about making awkward small talk I was able to watch the TV or watch the koi in their fish tank. I'll definitely be back. FYI it's cash only with a cut costing $15/$16.

He made some inappropriate jokes about how I chose a wife of a different ethnicity and that women of my ethnicity were really attractive. I found it sexist and racist. Not to mention, he went on several phone calls via bluetooth during my haircut. Overall a really unprofessional and uncomfortable experience and I would much rather go somewhere else than potentially go through that again.
