Today, and each time that I have gone, I received a conscientious and efficiently delivered haircut. After a twenty minute wait -- slightly high average for Anna -- and after two customer haircuts in front of me, Anna cut my hair in fifteen minutes. She is always careful to check that the final cut is to my satisfaction -- only two times in about 100 have I had to ask Anna to "take a little more off there." Her quality is high, her customers loyal. Anna has been very busy October 1 through October 3 because she was out of her shop in September, and her regular customers have been waiting, diligently, for her return. Anna always has a smile and recognizes me when I return. I take my four sons in as customers, as well. Having been her customer for almost nine years, I've never seen Anna have a bad day....but maybe she has had a bad hour, here or there. I will continue to be her customer for the next nine years, too, if she'll keep me.
