My stylist was Bailey and she walked me through every step of the haircut and color to ensure that I was happy with what she was doing. We picked out my color together. Bailey educated me about the salon's OWay line of products which are imported from Italy. They smell great - even the coloring products! At the end of the service, my color was perfect, the cut was awesome - and my hair was softer than it has ever been. The owner was not there when I was there - but the stylists had wonderful things to say about her!! Bailey - as well as all of the other stylists - were SUPER friendly. There was NO gossiping at this salon which was a breath of fresh hair. I mean....AIR. I highly recommend this salon - they also have very convenient hours of operation for those of us that work full time!

My "platinum blonde" would come out a darker blonde, a rose gold color, or as a more "natural blonde" (as my last stylist's shop partner described my platinum appointment's finished product). Meagan listened to what I wanted, reviewed the photos I sent her as reference, explained her process to me and how she would ensure the right color, and even worked in a couple more services for me (tinting and shaping my eyebrows). She also did a pH bonder (included in the cost of the service; no EXTRA cost), which made me happy because it'll help strengthen my hair after this platinum card process-- AND it's better than Olaplex! My hair feels soft and healthy, and I'm so pleased with what I learned in my appointment from Meagan as well as the level of service I received. She also helped direct me on some products to help my fine hair better cope with this humid Alabama climate while I'm here. New clients are paired with a level one stylist, and in my experience the quality of work and follow-up were extremely disappointing. During my first appointment with stylist Taylor Harvey, I was left with visible bleach blotches in my hair. Despite reaching out to have this corrected, I received no response. It wasn't until FOUR MONTHS later, when another issue arose, that the situation was finally addressed. During my third appointment with Taylor Harvey, I came in with clear reference photos and trusted that my hair was in capable hands. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of professionalism. Clear communication is essential during first-time and follow-up appointments, and that did not happen here. When the final result did not match what I had asked for, I was only informed AFTER expressing concern that my desired look could not be achieved because I was booked for a partial service; a limitation that should have been explained at the beginning of the appointment. Instead, the situation was framed as a misunderstanding on my end rather than a lack of transparency. I am a college student and made it clear that this appointment was a significant expense and my primary discretionary spending. Despite this, I was still expected to pay additional costs to correct issues that stemmed from limitations that were never communicated upfront. When I attempted to contact the owner to discuss these concerns, I was told they were "too busy" to speak with me directly. As a business owner, accountability for the work of those you employ is essential, and the lack of direct communication was disappointing. The receptionist was also invasive regarding my situation and showed little empathy. It is frustrating to now have to place my trust in yet another person to fix my hair when that trust should have been honored from the start. Overall, professionalism, transparency, accountability, and compassion were lacking. Coming here to respond to said owners response, I'm sorry, but I called your receptionist DAY of when I got my hair done ( by the way, it is already yellow!!) and I ASKED for you (the owner) to the receptionist. And she told me she would give you my info. So no, I did NOT try to schedule "2 hours" before said appointment. My message a week earlier was never conveyed to you. Truly so upsetting.

I needed a Brazilian and a haircut, and my teenage girls needed cuts & colors. We invaded on Saturday and were there pretty much all day. And we actually had so much fun! Honest to God, I have paid 4 times the amount that we paid here for just my daughter's hair. Both of the girls look fan-freaking-tastic, and I love my hair as well! We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. She walked in with fried, unhealthy, muticolored hair, and walked out with long, beautiful, shiny healthy hair that looks super natural. We have all three gotten several compliments on our hair. Upon my arrival she greeted me with a friendly hello and let me know she would be with me shortly as she wrapped up with her current client. She promptly started on my hair and I was done in 30 minutes. Jasmine made my hair gorgeous. No waiting for hours and if I did have to wait there is a cute waiting area for me to be seated.
