As soon as I arrived, the receptionist asked me if it was my first time and helped me pick a color for my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to do and my nail tech had just got there. Yllen made sure to ask several of her co workers to ensure the color was just right. She was super sweet and charismatic. The receptionist then asked me if I wanted something to drink and brought me a little menu. I had an iced coffee which was actually pretty good! Yllen was super detailed and shaped my nails better than I've ever had them. The only down fall, I felt like my cuticles all came out after 2 days which kinda sucked but overall really appreciate the timeliness, and attention to detail all around.

I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.

When my sister asked for clarification about why the nails were not done correctly, the technician and another worker immediately escalated the situation, became aggressive, and even accused us of lying. The situation became so hostile that the technician threatened to fight me after her shift, while yelling "I don't need this job I have more money then you" I'm making everyone aware because this behavior created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, and it needs to be formally addressed. No customer should be treated this way or feel unsafe simply for voicing concerns. Not all customers are always right but in this situation, we were not at fault. Avoid this business, as the manager also failed to de-escalate the situation and allowed the aggressive behavior to continue.
