First, if you book a room with a hot tub, the hot tub needs to have a stopper to be a working hot tub. Second, breakfast was perhaps one of the worst things we have ever tasted at a bed and breakfast. The fritatta was like soggy cardboard and somehow, oatmeal was incredibly bland even with the extras. Strongly suggest instead you find the local coffee shop named after the bird and go there. I called the front desk to get a new stopper for the tub. The lady at the front apologized and told me she forgot to tell me it was missing, and offered another room. I had specficially booked the space room so no, I did not want a new room, I wanted a stopper. She suggested sliding the huge floppy disc they had provided as a backup down the wall and then holding it and it "should" hold. It did not. So after a five hour drive, no hot tub. Being as that a main point of an "anniversary" inn....So I was told to talk to the front desk in the a.m. and they'd amend the bill. I did so and was pretty much told they DID have extra stoppers, unsure why I wasn't given one, and she tried to leave it at that. I informed her I wanted a partial refund. I was told she'd pass this on to management. It took a WEEK of e-mailing on FB and to the e-mails to get a response, and only did after I threatened a charge back. I was offered something like 10% off my next stay. Number one: You get something like 15% off if you book within 2 weeks another stay, so this was less than that and I am NOT coming back. Two: No. I asked for a partial refund. Finally after negotiating, I got something like the tax and a small percentage back which was how much I spent on coffees at the cafe after such a horrible breakfast. Never again. read more

We recently stayed in the Players Room at The Anniversary Inn in Logan. If you enjoy a bit of friendly competition, this suite is great--it features a foosball table and even a little golfing green right in the room! We are already looking forward to returning to experience more of their unique themed suites. ​The Highlights: ​The Room & Atmosphere: The "Players" theme is well-executed with lots of fun details. One of the best parts was the heart-shaped jetted tub, which adds a nice romantic touch to the sporty theme. ​Check-in: The start of our stay was wonderful. Check-in was fast and pleasant, and the freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a delicious surprise. ​The Shower: The shower was a standout--the water pressure was absolutely perfect. ​Areas for Improvement: ​Food & Drink: While the lobby cookies were great, the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Additionally, keep in mind there is no coffee in the room, so you'll need to head to the lobby for your morning fix. ​Jetted Tub Maintenance: While the heart-shaped tub is a great feature, it took quite a long time to fill, and the jets weren't very strong. ​Check-out Service: Unfortunately, the service at the end of our stay was a letdown. The check-out attendant was unpleasant and seemed bothered by our presence. For the Logan location: This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any hotel or bed-and-breakfast. Our breakfast arrived more than one hour later than scheduled and was stone cold upon arrival. Additionally, my boyfriend's waffles were missing syrup. I attempted to contact the front desk about it three times that morning by phone, but no one answered. I then went downstairs--in my pajamas--to address the issue, only to find the front desk unattended. There was a note indicating staff were delivering other breakfasts and instructing guests to call a listed number for assistance. Unfortunately, calling that number simply caused the unattended front desk phone to ring. I was very surprised that there were not multiple staff members available or that employees were not equipped with mobile phones to assist guests in real time. Following our stay, I made at least five attempts over the course of a month to contact the manager and left several messages. I was never able to reach her--as she never seemed to be working whenever I called--nor did I receive a return call to discuss the situation. I had always wanted to stay at this property, and my excitement was high when my boyfriend booked it for my birthday. Unfortunately, due to this experience, what should have been a special occasion was completely overshadowed. Had two nights booked in the Caribbean Sea cave. Came back to our room the and turned the bath tub on to have multiple bugs crawl out of the faucet. After already killing two bugs right before that. I called the front desk they said they'd call me back. I then found a cockroach on the floor. Packed all of our things up and went to the lobby. They offered us another room we walked into it to find two bugs on the floor as we walked in. So we asked if there was anything else. She said she would leave notes for the manager and give us a refund. I ended up calling Erin the next day who told us bugs are normal it's an old building. If that's the case they shouldn't be charging $300 a night and have that in the room description. If you want to pay an outrageous amount of money to sleep and bath with bugs this is the place for you. read more

It saddens me to write this review because I have been coming to Anniversary Inn each year (sometimes multiple times each year) for a few decades now and I very much want Anniversary Inn to succeed and maintain the standard of quality that we expect and hope for, but over the years, we've experienced a steady decline, and our recent trip for our 34th Anniversary was a disappointment. While we have stayed in various suites over the years, we have a favorite suite that fits us just right, Nefertiti's Court. First, here's what we like: the layout and decor, we like the breakfast options, especially the ham and cheese croissant, and this time we enjoyed trying a new option -waffles and bacon. The hot tub in this room is a good size and shape. The TV is largish and in a good location. We like having an enclosed toilet room. Here's what we don't like: 1. The internet has never been reliable in this room over the years. Last night it was completely unusable. I called the front desk. They couldn't/wouldn't help me. 2. I tried using my phone's data to watch a show on the TV, but the TV wasn't a smart TV and I couldn't connect to it. 3. We tried using a DVD. The DVD player was very noisy (rumbling sound). 4. The bed is super uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. It has a big valley in the middle. My wife woke up with a big backache from straining to keep out of the valley. In the past, the bed in this room has been a thing we've liked, but it's now past time to replace it. 5. My wife is a clean freak and has been concerned about hot tubs at various other hotels. A few years ago we were assured by management that the Hot Tubs at Anniversary Inn were carefully sanitized after each guest. This assurance satisfied my wife. However, last night, we found hair in the hot tub from a prior guest. Also, flower petals appeared after I (solo) started using the jets. We did not order flower petals for our stay, so this was clearly from a prior guest. Obviously, the hot tub was not sanitized and now I may never be able to get my wife to go in one of your hot tubs again. 6. Years ago, the shower used to have a hand-held wand. We loved it. One year it was capped off and we assumed it must had just recently broken. It's now been years since it has been capped off and the handheld wand has never been replaced. This is disappointing. 7. The bathroom faucet handle (left hot side) comes completely out. It is not securely in place. I put it back in and it does work to turn the water on, but very shoddy. 8. The bathroom exhaust fan does not work. 9. There used to be a convenient smaller TV to watch from the hot tub. It has been removed and not replaced. Now there are just outlets and holes in the wall. 10. There are exposed wires in the ceiling in the bedroom. I'm guessing those used to be for a prior smoke detector. 11. We were on a tight timeline and needed to check out prior to the checkout time, so we needed our breakfast delivered at 9 AM. It wasn't delivered until after 9:30 AM. I tried phoning the front desk several times, but nobody answered. 12. The grounds need attention. While we were able to navigate successfully, the walks were covered in leaves, creating a potential tripping hazard and clearly a sign of lacking detail or pride. We usually purchase a bounce back for our next stay. We decided to not purchase one this time. I'm very sad to say this, but it is likely this was our last stay with Anniversary Inn. If we find out that repairs happen to be made and attention to details are addressed, we may return one day. I very much hope things improve, but for now, as is evident by the MANY poor recent reviews, the Anniversary Inn has declined to the point that it is no longer special or even comfortable for us. read more

Our stay here was okay, but not as good as we hoped. We didn't get all of the amenities promised. The breakfast was not good haha. They did put it on glass plates so it seems they're listening to feedback. The bed was extremely hard. The cleanliness wasn't great and that was what stood out to me the most. I'm genuinely disappointed by my recent experience with the Anniversary Inn. My wife and I have stayed at their various locations for years to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and until now we've never had a single issue. Unfortunately, our most recent visit to the Logan location left us feeling dismissed and frustrated on what was supposed to be a special night for my wife's birthday. I booked our room in January through their official website and received a confirmation email with a reservation number. When we arrived for check in, the receptionist couldn't find any record of the reservation -- not under my name, not under the confirmation number. I even forwarded her the confirmation email, yet the only solution offered was a list of different rooms that were still available that night. None of the other rooms fit the theme we had in mind when we had intentionally booked weeks in advance. When I asked whether they would offer any form of compensation for the mix up, the receptionist said she could "tell her manager" and would call me once she heard back. We never received a call. Not even a follow up message. We drove an hour and a half, arranged a pet sitter, and planned activities in the area for the next day. Missing out on the room we had chosen -- and receiving no apology, no explanation as to why this occurred, and no effort to make things right -- was incredibly disappointing. I wanted this night to be perfect for my wife, and instead we were left scrambling with no support from the inn. While the Salt Lake City location has always treated us wonderfully, the Logan location made us feel brushed aside and unvalued as returning customers. I can't imagine how someone traveling from out of state would feel if their reservation simply "disappeared" with no compensation or accountability. I will probably never stay here again. The rooms are fine and service is fair. The breakfast has definitely been in decline over the years. Recently we had a problem where our room key broke in the door and we were charged for the repair, despite the fact the rooms and clear are clearly old. We were very disappointed in our stay at the Anniversary Inn in Logan. The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 78 degrees in our room. When we complained to the front desk, she said, I can give you the email address for the manager. We said that was unacceptable and we wanted to talk with the manager. She said he wasn't around but she would have him call us. Guess what? No call from the manager. We will not be staying there again. So very disappointing. Updating my review--have stayed there three times--all for business due to lack of reasonably priced availability in Logan during this annual conference. While this is not a business hotel (and the primary reason for my earlier lackluster reviews) after further consideration, this incredibly unique hotel is great for a vacation and the breakfast (especially the orange rolls and biscuits and gravy) is fantastic. It's one of the reasons I kept coming back. However since the conference has moved to another city, I may, unfortunately, never make it back to Logan, so wanted to send the Anniversary Inn out on a positive note. Our 30 year anniversary and decided to stay at the Anniversary Inn in Logan. We opted for the Tipi Room, I have to say very cool! We had a round bed inside of a tepee with a bunch of furry pillows. The big hot tub / shower was relaxing and plenty of room for two, the light and decorations were top quality and made for a great experience. Fresh cookies offered at check-in, a bottle of Martinelli's in our room, we decided not to go out for dinner so we ordered from the snack menu of chicken and chips & salsa and a popcorn, it arrived hot, fresh and quickly. Years ago we spent our wedding night at Anniversary Inn and have held the inns in high esteem until last night. They're under new ownership and the food quality has plummeted significantly. They didn't give us a selection, we were given a "ham croissant bake" that was dry and tasteless. I was told it was the owner's recipe. I took one bite and spat it out. The candy selection was also terrible. We usually purchase the date night package. If I'm paying $200-$300 to stay at an airbnb the food had better be of decent quality! A motorcycle, free playing pinball machine, pool table, soda fountain, two person jetted tub, breakfast brought to the room, sparkling cider, ice bucket already filled and waiting, water bottles and cheesecake, and...more! My husband and I came here in August 2024 for a romantic and relaxing night out. It ended up a disaster due to the guests above us. There is no insulation between floors and rooms and we heard everything going on above us including them having sex, yelling and swearing, stomping around, and the TV. It lasted for hours. We asked the hotel if they had quiet hours which they did not and asked if they could move us but they couldn't due to being fully booked. We love Logan but this was awful. Due to the constant noise from the moment we walked into our room to the time we left (a bit after midnight-we had to go to a different hotel) all we could hear was yelling and swearing. In fact, the police were even called and not by our recommendation. No refund given and they have not answered their phone despite calling them multiple times. Both employees we spoke with said that the hotel manager would call us that week to discuss a refund. The room itself was clean and very nice. We ordered the cheesecake which was good. It just turned into a very disappointing evening and us paying for a different hotel on top of paying for this one. We came here three years ago and had a wonderful stay which is why we came back. The biggest difference I can tell is that the first time, our room was separated from any other room so it was nice and quiet. If you do come here, just get a room that is not attached to any other and you should be fine. read more

For the price of the room we would have expected a much different, better experience. The room did not seem maintained. Many paint chipped wall spots and wall corners. Over-paint from ceiling left the wall untouched-up. Soda machine was useless as the soda wasn't carbonated well and syrup tasted stale. Ice machine was non-functional. Room was advertised to come with complimentary sparkling cider, but none to be found. One quarter sized piece of soap to be used between the bathroom sink, tub and shower. Every other hotel gives you ample soap to use for bathing AND washing hands. Bed was uncomfortable and foot of bed was higher than the head of the bed. Stains on the motorcycle tank. We thought this would be a fun overnight for our anniversary but for the price of the room, we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. The concept was there but the effort was not. read more

I have stayed at the inn several times throughout the years and I think it's safe to say that previously the anniversary Inn has set the standard for luxury. That was certainly not our experience last night. It seems no one is even looking at the emails you send pre check in asking if you'd like anything special apon arrival, and what time you'll be checking in. I arrived after the time I had specified and yet my room still hadn't been cleaned. I also didn't get the food I had requested. The young lady at the front upgraded my room for the inconvenience, which I initially thought was great. On the way to the room, the lights were out in the hall. Not turned off, malfunctioning. We got to our room and tried to watch TV. We couldn't get the direct TV to work. I started to look around and noticed the garbage hadn't been taken out, we had no towels, one stained robe was hanging in the bathroom. There was no cider and glasses. I went to the front desk and spoke with one of the girls there. She apologized profusely and brought us towels and tried to get the TV working. She was unable to get it fixed. She couldn't find cider at all but brought us snacks to try to make up for it. We decided to make the best of the situation so I ran a bath. Some of the switches on the tub were broken or unable to turn for adjustment. It seems to me that with the price people are paying for these rooms they should be maintained and at the very least be ready and have the things you advertise in them. Breakfast was nothing like I had experience previously. The quality has gone down disappointingly. When I went to check out there was another guest speaking with the desk clerk about many of the same issues. I can't help but wonder how many other people are having the same issues. The on site staff in this location is incredible but it seems their hands are being tied. If the inn is not maintained and the quality or quantity of products is inaccurate, they are literally unable to do what they need to do. I personally would like a refund for this stay. I feel like we would've been better off staying at a motel 6. At least then we would've gotten what we paid for. I reached out to management and have not received any response. read more

I'm giving one star for the customer service. The room itself is fairly nice but it doesn't help when it's not clean! - After 10pm, they have late hour service. You have to ring the bell and wait outside to wait for a young girl to run downstairs in her pajamas to check you in. If you call after 10pm, sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't. - They deliver breakfast to your door but out of the 5 nights I slept there, they missed 2 of my breakfasts! - I did not have a do not disturb sign anywhere on my door or in my room so I got woken up 3 times on Sunday, the day to sleep in! - Worst of all, I had a blood stain on my sheets from previous guests... ew!!! They didn't get rid of those sheets until day 3! Speaking of which, out of my 5 night stay, they came in to clean my room ONCE!! I had to reuse towels I had thrown on the floor already and use toilet paper instead of tissues since my tissues ran out after the first day! I've been to 36 diff countries and 35 states- I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't clean everyday! I kept asking the desk staff to send someone to clean and they kept saying they would. I kept asking the desk staff to speak to a manager and I was told 3 times that the mgr would call me and it's been 3 days and she hasn't! I love this hotel like no other. The rooms are beautiful and stocked with fun things. It's always been a great trip every single time I've gone. The staff here have always gone out of their way to be friendly, personable, and helpful. The treats, spa products, and other stuff for sale has always been worth it for us, and it really isn't that expensive. The breakfasts they serve are seriously top notch. I have never had a more peaceful breakfast (or hotel stay, frankly). The Inn is expensive, for sure, and I can see how many wouldn't want to hand over that kind of cash for a night or two's stay, but even as a newly married college student, I always found it worth it. They always have contests and sweepstakes going on which are absolutely worth it. Also, after you stay, you get what are essentially reward dollars you can spend on your next stay. It isn't like fast food points either; I've basically not had to pay for fun add-ons (movie bundle, spa stuff) since my first stay because they were so generous. Also, their reduced price voucher after your first stay is absolutely worth it; you get a ton of money taken off your next stay if you buy the voucher. Okay, that's it, with one last thing. If you're deciding to go to this location or the Salt Lake one, I've stayed at both, and I like this one better in pretty much every way. read more

We stayed here 8/20-8/21 and sadly the customer service and food really lacked. The phone system was down so they had you call from your cell phone which was totally fine. However, they only would ever answer 1 out of 3 times it felt like, and they never returned a miss call. In addition to this, at check-in we filled out the card with our breakfast choices. They accepted it back with no issues and looked it over even and said it looked great. The next morning however we did not receive one of the entrees we had ordered. Thinking it had just been forgotten we called them. They told us they would have it there in 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later it still was not there. We tried to call them only for them to not answer and never return the miss call. We decided to give it more time. Finally at the hour and 20 minute mark we tried to call again. They answered this time thankfully. They told us they were out of it. The front desk employee tried to blame it on the employees who checked us in. I'm not sure why they had not called or just stopped by our room to tell us this when they themselves got in and noticed the error. Especially since they have an employee deliver the breakfast to your room. They also easily could have told us when we had called the first time. Not tell us 5-10 minutes and then have nothing happen until we balled back and they finally answered and hour and 20 minutes later. They said they had planned to substitute it with a different entree they had picked. They then hung up before we could say anything else. They never asked us if we had another preference or if their choice would be ok. We tried to call them back only for them to not answer, yet again. Once again, no call back either. 15 minutes later they showed up to our room with the entree we did not want. We asked for a different one we wanted and was told it would not be possible as it was frozen and we had to take this one. We took it. Once we went to eat it we realized it was totally inedible. It was an orange sweet roll but was so stale. It was completely dried and browned I side even. The exact drones of a box of uncooked stuffing. Incredibly disappointing. They really missed the mark in communication, costumer service and quality. We were incredibly surprised by how this all was handled. Especially the communication, even if their internal phone system is down they had both of our numbers on file to call plus which room we were in that they could have just come to talk with us. It made no sense really. As for the actual room, we stayed in Vegas nights. The room was cute but about half the light bulbs in the room were burnt out and didn't work because of this. This made the room super dark. There was also a lack of trash cans. The entire room only had a single one in the same room as the toilet. The bed also wasn't the comfiest but still alright. We can't say we would stay again unfortunately. They really missed the mark on this one. read more

I love the Anniversary Inn. My wife and I have been going to their locations since we got married 13 blissfully wonderful (I hope she reads this for bonus points) years ago. We've stayed at every location including the one in Boise. The Logan location is our favorite. We only stayed in the Las Vegas nights and the Hollywood Romance Theatre but it was so much fun. Granted we did imbibe a fair amount of alcohol so the weekend is still a touch of a blur but I remember we had a blast! The only reason I can't give it five stars is because they messed up our reservation. We were supposed to stay Thu and Fri in the Las Vegas Nights and Rich's Drive In suites. Well we changed our mind and decided to stay on Fri/Sat. So I called and changed the reservation. They moved our Fri night to Sat night but kept our Fri the same. So we got the Las Vegas booked for two nights. When we got their they had already rebooked the Rich's Drive In. So we were forced to pick another room. We ended up taking the Hollywood Romance since it was kinda close. In their defense they knocked $50 off the cost of the room. Overall the rooms were good. I liked both. The service was fantastic, outside the booking fiasco. Side Note: The popcorn machine in the Hollywood room is a prop but they will give you microwave popcorn. They give you free movies that you can rent or you can bring your own DVDs. They give you a free continental breakfast with a wide variety of items like a yummy parfait and croissants. They also have a lot of extras you can pre-purchase. Guys I recommend buying rose petals ready in the room for massive wife/girlfriend brownie points. It will lead to a much more umm....romantic (yeah that's a good PC-word) night. Anyways. The price is expensive. Although you can get big discounts if you go on off season nights or stay Sun-Thu. But trust me. For an important occasion like an anniversary or a honeymoon this place is the best. I still regret not using them until our first anniversary. read more

We love this place! We are celebrating our anniversary here and it's a wonderful staycation. We ended up doing two nights in a row and reserved two different rooms. The breakfast was wonderful! The only reason I give it four stars is the gal Samantha at the front desk wasn't super friendly and I have high expectations on customer service. When we were switching rooms, we were waiting for her to hand us our other key and she just said, "Is there something else you need?" In an annoyed tone. Her attitude was just unpleasant and not very welcoming at all. Small I know, but sometimes this kind of stuff can leave a bitter feeling on an otherwise nice experience. We stayed in the Imperial Palace suite for our honeymoon last November. When we checked in an employee mentioned that our suite had just been redone and that we were "super super lucky!" Our hope quickly diminished though. Cracks in sinks and decor, gross and dingy bathroom, and poor customer service. Phone system was down and no answer when we called from our cell phones. No shampoo and conditioner, thin walls- so thin that you're kept up from other TVs, grimy all around, and overall just difficult to enjoy. Food was almost as bad as the cleanliness, had to go out for food both mornings because we literally couldn't eat our breakfast. It was obviously frozen food that they just heat up every morning as the centers were ice cold. We used gift certificates that we received as a wedding gift and still felt like it was a waste of money. We're especially disappointed because we've heard great things about both of their other locations, and the Logan location just doesn't match up. I'm probably the only person who has gone here as a single person and not as a couple. I was really worried it was going to be weird, but the girls that checked me in where super cool about it. I'm pretty sure I got free bacon out of it! The staff was so nice and accommodating and I was really pleased with my room. It was so pretty (I was in the Aphrodite room), and all the perks, like the cheese cake, kept me thoroughly content. And the breakfast! Let me just say the ham and cheese roll was to die for. I literally had that in one hand and bacon in the other while I ate. I understand this inn is specifically catered to couples, but if your a single just wanting to get out of the city to relax, this is the way to do it. Whether your reserving the room as a couple or not you still get the double breakfast and the double cheese cake and the whole bottle of sparkling cider to yourself. I've never been more content being single in my life. The only negative was something I didn't notice until I was about to leave in the morning. The walls can kind of be thin in the morning. The upstairs floors too. I was fortunate that I went on a week day and I work graves so I am doing all of my activities when people are generally sleeping, but it was noticeable once people start moving around. I love the Anniversary Inn! They give back to the community and have an awesome hotel set-up. The rooms vary quite a bit so it is helpful to check them out before making your reservation. The nicer rooms really are better but it's not like they have a bad room. The Taj Mahal is easily the best I have experienced. read more

We decided to stay here on our wedding night because it was recommended by both our families. When we got there they tried to charge us for our room that was paid for weeks ago. They told us we'd all figure it out in the morning and gave us the keys. The room was stunning and extremely clean. However our room didn't get the "complementary cheesecake". There are also no remotes for the DVD players so if you are watching in the tub and need to pause or anything you have to get out to do it. Speaking of the tub, only half the jets worked and the plug wouldn't stay in, I had to keep my foot on it to prevent the tub from draining. The WiFi also did not work, I was told it didn't work in some rooms(including ours). The breakfast was also not great. My coffee was cold and it was all just a let down. Maybe this is just the Logan location or we just got unlucky but we were overall disappointed. read more

Was not impressed. Most of the rooms and foyers had a weird smell. It was my birthday and our anniversary. I didn't even get a " happy birthday" the Boise one is nice we have been a couple times! I will never fo back to the Logan one. There was hair in the tub, they stopped doing cheese cake, and the rooms are in three separate weird buildings. Also very dated. read more

Who would have thought that a truly special B&B would exist in of all places Logan, Utah. I have had frequent business in Logan, UT and on a weekend went up to Logan to look around and enjoy this quaint town. I ran across this gem of an Inn .. with meticulously created room experiences is the only way I can describe it. As the name implies this is a great special occasion surprise for you and your SO. I booked a room and wait listed for a special suite for New Years Eve. I would not recommend you do this .. it is better to book far in advance to get the room you want and there is a special experience waiting for any type of couple. Please one thing not to expect is a 5 star experience, think more of a one of a kind experience and just let yourself indulge in a true get away from the ordinary type of hotel or B&B and you will have an amazing time. Stayed in the Caribbean Sea Cave and it was so much fun. Each themed room has many surprises .. look at the pictures on their website. Pretty much every room has a 2 person Jacuzzi that could fit more people so it is spacious and a big screen TV. Breakfast brought to the room is a delight as well. The staff is very caring and I think most of them truly love their jobs and making sure patrons have a great experience. Spice up your life and stay for any type of special occasion!!! Book not directly on any holidays or off season and you will get a break on the rate! read more

As we checked in at the main entrance we were a little leery about how our room was going to look. The check in area is part of an old Victorian home in need of some minor touching up. When we were told our room was in the same building as the check in office we got kind of nervous. We got up to our room, opened the door and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was the Grand Manor Suite and it was sweet. It was made up of 3 rooms (bed room, bathroom, and lounge room. It was way bigger than what we expected. The room was tidy and clean. The hotel takes care of everything and there are several little details that make the stay more enjoyable like bottled water, cheesecake, sparkling cider, and salt water taffy. Breakfast was pretty good. We will want to come back again. read more

Stayed here again last October, and we were still very pleased. When we arrived, the room (Jessie James Hideout) was still being cleaned so we left to go check out a store that we had passed and came back later. I don't know if it was air freshener or because our room was right by the laundry area, but the smell when we returned was SUPER strong. We had to hang out with the door open for a while. That's the only "negative" I have. I love the location. Logan is such a pretty place, and a lot of things are within walking distance. We actually spent a few hours out walking around the town before we settled in for the night. It was a perfect anniversary. :) read more

Stayed two nights 8/19-8-21 in the Grand Manor Suite in Logan. The room was beautiful and better then expected from the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. Parking is tight and suggest going all the way to the back. The food was incredibly disappointing. My wife and I both had the frittata on the first morning and the texture of the eggs and sogginess of the onions suggests it had been frozen and reheated. The second day my wife had a pastry and there was a giant hair in it. It was so gross we stopped eating and just went out for breakfast. When we told the staff they apologized but made no attempt to make it right. We might go back but won't eat there. read more

I am giving 4 stars for creativity, artistry that went into painting some of the rooms and good customer service. This place does create a lovely getaway atmosphere, though somewhat dilapidated and worn out. It seems that they are having a rough time staying in business, because the rooms are not as well kept up, as they should be, for a themed, romantic place. We have stayed in 4 different rooms over the years and they have always been clean, customer service friendly and obliging. Breakfasts are above your average hotel fare, but don't expect anything gourmet or out of the ordinary. Sadly in want of upkeep, some things are in decidedly bad shape and shabby, and lack of authenticity-whoever designed the rooms meant them to be a nice getaway, not a completely authentic immersive experience. And I am 100% sure they don't ever wash the bedcovers or pillows, they look kind of used in every room. But the sheets and towels are nice and clean. read more

Worst experience ever. My husband and I spent our 16th wedding anniversary severely frustrated at this location. I knew we were going to be checking in a little later than expected so I called the number off of the website to let them know. The lady said she would notify the front desk. We were staying in Rich's drive in room. It's the room that is supposed to feel like a drive in movie experience in an old truck bed complete with soda and popcorn. When we arrived, we checked in, and my husband asked the inn keeper if we should know anything about the projector, all she said is "It isn't a projector anymore it's a TV." Kinda lame, but not a deal breaker. So we get to our room and immediately tried to put on the redbox movie we rented just for this experience. We couldn't get the TV to switch inputs for the bluray player. I started to read the binder in the room to try and figure it out. None of the instructions helped, so I called the front desk. No answer. Called the after hours number. No answer. Looked around the room for the free popcorn. No popcorn. Called for assistance again and again and again. No answer. I felt so bad for my husband who tried to plan this one-of-a-kind, anniversary experience, desperately trying to get the jimmy rigged theater to work. We tried to find something to watch but there was nothing but infomercials and sports on. No movie channels. No Bluray player. No popcorn. No answer at the front desk. Finally got a hold of someone at 8AM the next morning and told them the situation. They said "Oh shoot. Yeah, we've been having a lot of issues with that room." What??? Why did they take our money knowing we weren't going to get what we paid for? Then I asked about the lack of popcorn and she goes. "Yeah, sorry the kitchen was closed when you guys checked in." (You have to order free popcorn from the kitchen? Why?????? This is not how it's described on the site. It says it comes in the room. Something that would've been helpful to know when we called beforehand and/or checked in.) Then she says "I can have that sent to your room now if you want." to which I said "yes please," but then she NEVER DID! I also told her I tried calling all night and got no one. She didn't even give an explanation or an apology, or any offer to make things right. We left pissed. We've stayed here before years ago, but never again. read more

I love this bed and breakfast; its quite expensive but if you time it right, they give good deals. We have stayed in the Vegas Nights room. Highly recommended...but we have also stayed in Nefertiti's Palace which wasn't so great only because you could hear the people above us...sounded like they were bowling....and they kept walking back and forth. But I would stay there again....ohh btw they offer gourmet cupcakes...I would pass and just stick with their cheesecake. read more

My wife and I were in Brigham City for a graduation that happened to overlap with our first anniversary. I'd heard of the Anniversary Inn and we booked the Lost in Space suite. We'd definitely go back. Good: I was very impressed overall. The suite was excellent, I loved the black light and space theme. The cheesecake and cider were also very good. We did our reservation by phone and got a deal on the room, only $25 off but it helped with the somewhat pricey rooms. The staff was very helpful and given that our room was lit mostly with black lights I can tell you it was very clean. Bad: We had a bit of a maintenance issue, the bathroom in our suite is two metal doors on a "space capsule" type thing. But one of the I bolts seemed to be missing so we had to tie to door closed using a belt from the robes to use the bathroom. Other than that, the steps on the tub are rather large and a handrail or maybe some texture pads wouldn't go amiss. Other: From 1-3 they do tours of the open rooms, we did this and got to see pretty much all of the diamond suites. Some of the were frankly amazing. I think for our next stay we'll probably save up for one of the diamond or ruby suites. read more

This is a great place to spend your anniversary or to just get away. The rooms are awesome and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and delivered right to you. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to get away for a night and forget about everything else. read more

We had a terrible experience at this Anniversary Inn. Their smoke detectors are very sensitive; just the steam from the shower set them off. So it was pretty alarming when that happened. We weren't sure what to do. Everyone was gathering outside in evacuation, but there wasn't a fire and since I was in the shower I couldn't be ready quick enough to evacuate along with them. When I didn't show up outside soon enough the staff assumed I was in there doing something illegal even though my husband did go outside to let them know what had happened. The firefighters came in and confirmed that there hadn't been a fire and the front desk refunded everyone's room except for ours which was extremely ridiculous. You'd think we would be the first to be refunded since we experienced the most inconvenience with not being able to even finish showering. We had one of the most expensive rooms; the Romeo and Juliet suite. We've never returned. They shouldn't have an elaborate shower that creates so much steam if their smoke detectors can't handle it. read more
