Had two nights booked in the Caribbean Sea cave. Came back to our room the and turned the bath tub on to have multiple bugs crawl out of the faucet. After already killing two bugs right before that. I called the front desk they said they'd call me back. I then found a cockroach on the floor. Packed all of our things up and went to the lobby. They offered us another room we walked into it to find two bugs on the floor as we walked in. So we asked if there was anything else. She said she would leave notes for the manager and give us a refund. I ended up calling Erin the next day who told us bugs are normal it's an old building. If that's the case they shouldn't be charging $300 a night and have that in the room description. If you want to pay an outrageous amount of money to sleep and bath with bugs this is the place for you.

It saddens me to write this review because I have been coming to Anniversary Inn each year (sometimes multiple times each year) for a few decades now and I very much want Anniversary Inn to succeed and maintain the standard of quality that we expect and hope for, but over the years, we've experienced a steady decline, and our recent trip for our 34th Anniversary was a disappointment. While we have stayed in various suites over the years, we have a favorite suite that fits us just right, Nefertiti's Court. First, here's what we like: the layout and decor, we like the breakfast options, especially the ham and cheese croissant, and this time we enjoyed trying a new option -waffles and bacon. The hot tub in this room is a good size and shape. The TV is largish and in a good location. We like having an enclosed toilet room. Here's what we don't like: 1. The internet has never been reliable in this room over the years. Last night it was completely unusable. I called the front desk. They couldn't/wouldn't help me. 2. I tried using my phone's data to watch a show on the TV, but the TV wasn't a smart TV and I couldn't connect to it. 3. We tried using a DVD. The DVD player was very noisy (rumbling sound). 4. The bed is super uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. It has a big valley in the middle. My wife woke up with a big backache from straining to keep out of the valley. In the past, the bed in this room has been a thing we've liked, but it's now past time to replace it. 5. My wife is a clean freak and has been concerned about hot tubs at various other hotels. A few years ago we were assured by management that the Hot Tubs at Anniversary Inn were carefully sanitized after each guest. This assurance satisfied my wife. However, last night, we found hair in the hot tub from a prior guest. Also, flower petals appeared after I (solo) started using the jets. We did not order flower petals for our stay, so this was clearly from a prior guest. Obviously, the hot tub was not sanitized and now I may never be able to get my wife to go in one of your hot tubs again. 6. Years ago, the shower used to have a hand-held wand. We loved it. One year it was capped off and we assumed it must had just recently broken. It's now been years since it has been capped off and the handheld wand has never been replaced. This is disappointing. 7. The bathroom faucet handle (left hot side) comes completely out. It is not securely in place. I put it back in and it does work to turn the water on, but very shoddy. 8. The bathroom exhaust fan does not work. 9. There used to be a convenient smaller TV to watch from the hot tub. It has been removed and not replaced. Now there are just outlets and holes in the wall. 10. There are exposed wires in the ceiling in the bedroom. I'm guessing those used to be for a prior smoke detector. 11. We were on a tight timeline and needed to check out prior to the checkout time, so we needed our breakfast delivered at 9 AM. It wasn't delivered until after 9:30 AM. I tried phoning the front desk several times, but nobody answered. 12. The grounds need attention. While we were able to navigate successfully, the walks were covered in leaves, creating a potential tripping hazard and clearly a sign of lacking detail or pride. We usually purchase a bounce back for our next stay. We decided to not purchase one this time. I'm very sad to say this, but it is likely this was our last stay with Anniversary Inn. If we find out that repairs happen to be made and attention to details are addressed, we may return one day. I very much hope things improve, but for now, as is evident by the MANY poor recent reviews, the Anniversary Inn has declined to the point that it is no longer special or even comfortable for us.

Our stay here was okay, but not as good as we hoped. We didn't get all of the amenities promised. The breakfast was not good haha. They did put it on glass plates so it seems they're listening to feedback. The bed was extremely hard. The cleanliness wasn't great and that was what stood out to me the most. The tub had hair in it, dust in corners, a ton of stains on the bedding. They haven't updated anything in years and it's clear. We had a good time and this is a fun, different hotel but we wouldn't be back.

Our 30 year anniversary and decided to stay at the Anniversary Inn in Logan. We opted for the Tipi Room, I have to say very cool! We had a round bed inside of a tepee with a bunch of furry pillows. The big hot tub / shower was relaxing and plenty of room for two, the light and decorations were top quality and made for a great experience. Fresh cookies offered at check-in, a bottle of Martinelli's in our room, we decided not to go out for dinner so we ordered from the snack menu of chicken and chips & salsa and a popcorn, it arrived hot, fresh and quickly. This was a lot of fun and would recommend this room and the Inn for a great getaway.

Stayed in the Bikers Roadhouse Suite and wow! It was great! A motorcycle, free playing pinball machine, pool table, soda fountain, two person jetted tub, breakfast brought to the room, sparkling cider, ice bucket already filled and waiting, water bottles and cheesecake, and...more! Our first time Logan here, but we have stayed at the other two in SLC, so we knew how special it is already. The suite was bigger than expected, which was nice, too. We will definitely be back!

We were even able to book a king suite at only a slight extra charge, and it was the roomiest and best laid-out suite we had ever been in! In fact everything was roomy and well laid out, from the check-in/baggage dropoff/pickup circle drive to the area with luggage trolleys just inside the sliding front doors to the front desk to the breakfast area! One of the things we liked most was the desk/table in the middle of the room that allowed two people to work on either side of it! Also the barn door covering the bathroom area was a really great privacy feature without taking up any extra space. Their breakfast was out of this world delicious! All the staff members we came in contact with were extremely polite and friendly! Definitely gonna try this hotel again, and next time hope to have more nights and maybe take a dip in the pool too!

I only stayed one night on a Tuesday and it cost me $192.55 which is around $50 more than other places I've stayed at. What's nice is their free, complimentary breakfast which eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles, and fruits. The whole place was nice and clean. Additionally, parking is free and there's plenty of it. It was fortuitous that even though it's on the main street, there aren't many cars passing by; this is nice as a ton of passing cars tends to keep me awake at night. They've also got a nice indoor pool sand jacuzzi. Their workout area is 25% bigger than the other places I've seen and features a lot of free weight dumbbells and disposable headphones. Overall, it was a nice stay if you're willing to spend a little more money.

$265 for one night in a dark musty basement…read more I can't speak for the other flats on the other floors, but I honestly don't know how they get away with charging close to $300 a night and calling a dark basement with no windows luxury. The photos online are incredibly deceptive. They make it look like a modern studio flat with plenty of natural light. The truth is that it is in the basement of an early 1900s building with 2 sliver slats of glass. It's dark, it's musty smelling. Also not mentioned on their website is that it is literally spitting distance from a giant mortuary. Now for some, that might be a selling point, but not for us. There were giant cobwebs in the tiny window slats and yes, we did see a giant spider that eluded us and made our "sleep" not restful. Speaking of the bed, not comfortable. Again, this place is advertised as LUXURY. Their words. Not mine. It's fine to call something rustic or industrial, but this room in particular is being sold as something it isn't. The bedding was hot, the bed was a rock, but it does vibrate on command if you are into that. If this place were closer to $100 a night then I could maybe see this being just a weird night and a funny story. But there are other hotels in the area that charge $100 less and offer a free breakfast and you don't have to clean up after yourself. This is not a boutique hotel, it's an Air b&b. Little things: Website says bathrooms are stocked with Aveda products, they were not. Websites says to enjoy complimentary snacks (bottles of arrowhead water and 4 bags of chips) You have to do your own dishes The water pressure is TERRIBLE There wasn't much hot water at night Despite being in the basement it was weirdly hot Whatever they are using to clean was irritating our eyes the entire time. Again, it's one thing to call a spade a spade and charge accordingly. This company is not being honest about these accommodations and they are charging luxury prices. This is a small town in the off season. We booked this room specifically because we wanted to have a nice luxury hotel stay. We aren't rich and this was a stretch for us to afford but again, it was supposed to be a luxury experience. So disappointed. We didn't sleep and we are out almost $300
