Great selection of bras, especially for us bigger boob girlies. Racks and racks of styles, colors and materials. Workers are great at getting additional sizes and styles to try on while making sure you have the right fit. You can also order additional colors if they don't have what you need (I just did this). Plenty of underwear and swimsuits/miracle suits as well. Pricing is a bit high both of my new bras were $70 each which hurts a bit, but they do fit nicely, so price you have to pay for comfort and good fit. If you struggle to find bras, give these guys a try. read more

Took my 13 & 14 year old granddaughters for a fitting. Despite their young ages, they are 'busting' out all over. I knew they would be uncomfortable with the process and asked Patricia S. to keep that in mind while working with them. She was great! She did all she could do to keep them comfortable and they actually have bras that fit. It's amazing how much better they look and feel wearing a bra that fits properly. I went to this bra shop to return a defective bra they sold me. After 15 minutes of her talking to the manager back and forth. No return or exchange. They recommended I could call the manufacturer or drive to chesterfield to talk to a manager. I could do these things as the customer. Bad customer service. I highly recommend to stay away and buy only from companies that support the products they sell. These people don't back their products. Ok, a forewarning...chances are, there will be a woman at this bra shop that will feel you up...not in the traditional sense of course, but trust me, it will happen, because apparently, none of us are wearing our bras correctly...but afterwards, you will be glad this happened to you....because finally everything will be sitting the way it should. Aside from that, this little bra shop, is just fantastic. There is not a size they don't have, they have every style you could want from plain to racy, and every woman that works here knows exactly what she is doing, is more than willing to measure you, and will find you the exact bra you need for your body type. The prices are high, but you are paying for a service that quite frankly, you won't get at Macy's or Victoria's Secret...not to mention, you will find sizes you will never find at either of these establishments. Oh, and if you buy a bra here and love it then leave town, no worries. They keep your name, brand, size, and style logged in the computer and you can mail order anything you want on the cheap to any city you want. Trust me, nothing will make you happier (or feel more slightly uncomfortable) than opening your new bra at the post office....it always makes for a good Saturday morning laugh. read more

Thought I'd give this location a whirl since I needed a specific brand/size. 1.) They didn't have many choices in my size and I'm not an unusual size. 2.) Not one but two sales ladies were rude and for no particular reason. This happened within 5 minutes of me walking in. They need serious training in customer service especially since they weren't that busy. The other location, in Chesterfield, isn't any better as far customer service/rudeness. I'd given this place a chance because it's local but they lost my business. I can go anywhere online to order what I need. Don't bother... if you need a special size... go to Nordstrom. Purchased a panache bra from Ann's bra shop Chesterfield May 17, 2019 for $76.12. August 12, 2019 I contacted the Panache company because the underwire popped out the front underarm side of the bra. I was advised to contact Ann's bra shop as I did not purchase directly from Panache. Today, I called Ann's Bra Shop and was told I was welcome to bring the bra in but they could make no guarantee on a replacement/exchange/refund. Spending close to $80 on ONE bra and only wearing it a handful of times and having it less than 3 months should be a "we are happy to make this right, our products are meant to last". I was happy to stop in here if for no other reason than to find my correct size which, btw, I was WAAAAAAY off on. Now, I knew I was off, that's the reason I stopped in. And, yes, I was molested by a very knowledgable bra size determiner...or whatever they call themselves. She then told me my size - in European sizing to make it that much more dramatic, I guess. I purchased a bra in my correct size that day and it felt wonderful. However, since I am not wealthy, I have not purchased another from Ann's Bra Shop. This company should not be on Medicare's approved list of providers. My 84-year-old mother, who had a mastectomy some years ago, went to Ann's to purchase a silicone form and a new bra. At every turn, Ann's was unresponsive to her needs: 1. The fitting room was a stock room. 2. The salesperson ordered the wrong color bra. 3. And, most important, the salesperson ordered a silicone form that was too heavy for my mother's frame. When she complained that the form was uncomfortable, it was too heavy and that it kept slipping out of its pocket, no one worked with her to make it better. In fact, she was told there was nothing that could be done. (Of course, her attempts to have these issues resolved required multiple visits to Ann's, not easy for someone my mother's age.) There are other companies in St. Louis, such as Medical West, where salespersons are responsive to the sensitive needs of mastectomy patients and where they are treated with dignity and respect. Ann's is not such a company. read more

Cathy was amazing. My aunt and i came in for a fitting, on feb 11 at 5:30pm, not realizing they closed 6pm. Cathy was patient and took her time help the both of us find the right size and fit. I have been to Ann's Bra Shop twice. First time I was fitted for a bra and the sales woman told me might be a little because they had to order my size. I went back months later and the original bra was waaay to big. I was helped by a different sales woman who put me in a totally different bra and it feels great. Let's face it bra's are totally uncomfortable anyway but Ann's is the way to go since we are stuck wearing these stupid things. I bought two bra's and one sports bra and it was $110. The sports bra was the most expensive one but still I think that's pretty good. I would recommend Ann's to everyone. People are friendly and yes it may be a little uncomfortable during the fitting but who cares as long as the bra fits!! read more

This was my first visit to the Wentzville Ann's Bra Shop but I'd been to the Chesterfield shop twice before. When I'm in the St. Louis area, which is only about once a year, I go bra shopping. The Wentzville shop is less crowded which makes shopping more enjoyable. They have a large selection of bras (and swimsuits). I didn't get measured this time but did accept the help of one of the ladies. You can't be modest! They are great at finding bras that will fit better and are tactful about I think she called "relaxed tissue". If you have never been measured by the knowledgable ladies at this shop, I can guarantee you aren't wearing the right size. You look so much better and bras are so much more comfortable if they are the right size. I only buy at Ann's. read more

I have to disagree with Amanda Z's review, as this was not my experience at all. In my experience, they DO NOT have all sizes. I must preface this with the fact that I am a small size. If you are like me, you have a very difficult time finding a bra that fits properly, if you can even find the size you think you are. I do believe the employee that was helping me was truly trying to be helpful and to do her job to the best of her ability, but I was confused each time she told me she had a bra that she thought would work, but that it was "very ugly, you're not going to like it, but just try it...". I was open to the idea of an ugly bra, because frankly, I was at the point I just needed a bra - any bra - that would fit me. I made the connection, finally. "Ugly" translated to "youth/training" bra. I would have preferred that she was honest with me, instead of trying to spare my feelings. I think an honest conversation with her would have fared much better than buying bras that made me feel even less sexy/attractive to my husband. If you are an average or even larger busted woman, I think you might have a better experience than I did. They simply DIDN'T have the sizes to accomodate me, which was really disappointing considering they are a BRA shop. Ann's - PLEASE, start catering to the smaller busted women - there IS a market out there you might be losing out on. read more

I have always been pleased with the service I have received by all the employees at the Wentzville store and Chesterfield location. In response to a review I read wrote by Vina W. about being a Medicare provider, I have to disagree 100% on everything she had commented about. I have an Aunt and a cousin both had double mastectomy years ago and they have both had wonderful experiences at Ann's Bra Shop. Who are you to say this facility should not be on Medicares provider list??? Just because YOUR opinion of Ann's was not up to your expectations? That would make alot of woman very unhappy to know they could no longer go to Ann's Bra Shop for their Mastectomy needs, my Aunt and cousin included. I have always had to go from store to store looking for a SWIM SUIT and then just settle for the one that looked the least bad. But at Ann's Bra Shop I found so many swim suits that I liked and that fit so well, my biggest problem was deciding which one to buy. I am 61 y/o and 20 lbs overweight so finding a suit that looks good is usually a chore. Ann's has all the "slimming" brands and they have great sale prices. The sales ladies are very helpful yet not at all pushy. Now, Ann's Bra Shop in Wentzville is the only place I will shop for swim wear. read more

Ann's Bra Shop rocks! By the way, they've moved to Wentzville -- even better. They are now located on Wentzville Pkwy next to the Boxing Gym (behind Progress Park). So ladies, let's talk. First, you don't know what size you actually wear. Second, if you lose or gain weight, your bra size changes. The ladies at Ann's will measure you, store your info in their computer and tell you exactly what you need. They have sizes that fit every woman. And their swimsuits are the best. Yes, they are pricey, but they hold up the sistas without cutting in, straps falling down, etc., so I won't buy a bra anywhere else. read more

I've been a shopper at Ann's for many years now and I have never, ever been disappointed with the pleasant and knowledgeable service provided by the trained "fitters" there. Like others, I found I was wearing the wrong size bra; and girls, when you get the right size, it REALLY makes a difference! You look and feel so much better. Anyway, there were only a couple of times that I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for a fitter to be able to help me because the Shop was so busy. That's the only down side I can think of and that short wait won't keep me from going back. Oh, and by the way, I thought they'd be really expensive, what with being a "specialty shop" and all, but I learned that most bras sold at Ann's are about the same price as those same brands sold at other places. read more

Ann's Bra Shop was fabulous! Katherine helped my mom find a bra and she is so difficult to fit because she is very tiny band size but has a huge cup size. Katherine worked and worked with my mom until she found 2 styles that were great for her. She is very knowledgeable on the fit of the different styles of bras.
