Okay this place only gets a four star because of the prices. They are so freaking high, but that's what you get for it being the only toy store in the area and being a Hustler at that. My husband and i just went here for the first time tonight. Immediately upon entering i thought, "wow, this place is expansive, bright and clean." It isn't dark, slimy and outdated like every other place we've been to over the years. They had a large selection as well as many displays & testers available. Nicole was who helped us and she was FABULOUS! She was knowledgeable and honest, giving us her truthful opinion, weighing pros & cons and then showing us things we totally missed. You might wonder, "How much help could i really need?" Well, we didn't think we needed any...i was so wrong. My husband will silently be thanking Nicole for years to come (and so will i!!), i can tell you that. Quite possibly the best $650 we've ever spent!! And to think, we went in for ONE item. Ps. We went with several of the LELO products and they're amazing. They also apparently come with an 11 year warranty (if I'm not mistaken) and a couple of free gifts with purchase (lube, condoms, etc). Not sure if it was racial, orientation, age, or some assumption but I was not treated even remotely like other customers. They had almost everything that I wanted to try and look for. They also had a wonderful floor service agent that was funny and knew her stuff. Her recommendation wasn't for me but she made it easy to consider. She was that knowledgeable. Also, they do not bother you as you shop and that is a plus. I am not new to toys and I like to peruse and look to see what I want every time in my own time. What I did not like about this store were the prices. There was rarely anything of quality under $100. Since they are the almost only game in town I guess they can up the ante. But goodness can a get a silicone apparatus for $50? I was able to choose what I wanted and got the prices I wanted to pay overall. The cashier was new and very nice. She tested all my equipment before I left and I was happy. Believe it or not, I had my Hustler cherry broken by a Yelper...and since that experience, it's given me an entirely new perspective and respect for Hustler Hollywood. I got to return the favor recently by taking a friend, who had never been inside, here...and I'd like to think that she walked away with the same reaction I had several years ago. I love how the bright pink gaudy lights just turn off any notion that there is anything shady going on.
