The woman who measured me was quick. I ended up buying the very first bra that she chose for me! She gave me no trouble when I wanted to try on multiple bras, which I'm very glad I did because it made me understand what I was looking for and made me feel better about the choices I made. She gave great advice! I was able to call the day of and make an appointment for a fitting that day. They take walk-ins, but just like any other place if you don't want to wait, making an appointment would be better. I brought with me a dress I wanted to buy a bra for. I spent hours at the mall yesterday trying on swimsuits that didn't fit and getting incredibly frustrated. I made an appointment at Bravo, feeling skeptical that I'd find much. Today, I spent 2 hours at Bravo, and found SO many that work - more to choose from than I ever expected (and I'm an odd size - usually around 32F). The owner was working and SO helpful. I left with 4 swim suits (and more that worked, but I don't need more than 4...) and I'll be back for bras. This store is definitely still COVID cautious which I appreciate and praise: appointment required, masks required for everyone, and the owner was sanitizing her hands between every interaction. read more

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! When I saw a billboard for Bravo pop up, I knew I had to check it out. I have always been... let's say "difficult to fit" in the bra department and usually go to Ann's, but their locations are not the most convenient for me. Bravo is 10 minutes from my house and I think their selection is great! I walked in not really knowing what to expect, but was greeted by the owner herself (Heidi), who proceeded to pull bras for me to try on as soon as I told her my size. I think I may have tried on every bra in the place! Clean, comfortable, and SPACIOUS fitting rooms. In addition to bras, Heidi carries lingerie and swimsuits for us busy gals. I stopped in hopes of the store having at least one bra in my size. The store only had a few comstomers milling around and as soon as I walked in I was greeting by who I later realized was the owner Heidi. She asked me a few questions and then ushered me to a fitting room. I think I tried at least 5 different styles in my size and I am pumped! I tried on a balcony bra for the first time and I wasn't convinced. She had me put back on my shirt and take a look...OMG I didn't think my chest could look that perky and comtained!!! I ended up buying two bras both in new brands I haven't tried. It's been about two weeks since and I'm still in love. Heidi stuck with me through the whole process! DO NOT GET SIZED HERE. In the same shopping experience, I was sized by different sales ladies at 30F and 32E. I wear a 36D. I have been sized multiple times at that size. I think that the last time I wore a 30 was in middle school. I told them when I walked in that I was there to buy a swimsuit, and told them my size. There were out of my size in everything but one style. It was the off season, so I wasn't shocked. But they picked out about 8 different sizes for me to try on, ranging all the way up to a 40! They were super pushy that I try them all on, and didn't listen at all to the style that I was looking for and what I didn't want. They WERE friendly all throughout the experience. And I did eventually purchase two good-quality suits that fit well enough. But I will probably try everywhere else before I try here again. Or else tell them next time that I don't need any help! read more

Although asked for good bras for birthday, and my husband searched Internet, reviews, etc., I went in for a fitting. I was confused as the bras were extremely uncomfortable, but the owner said I needed to break them in. This was a new concept for me, but I wore them. Since I was very uncomfortable all day every day for many days, I called seeking advice. Apparently it's not unusual for someone to take up to three months to break in one of her bras. Very expensive, too! About $60+ each. I even reread reviews thinking I'd missed something pertinent. Several positive reviews, but this isn't one of them. Be cautious! Don't be in discomfort! Broad selection of bras, undies, swim, and nursing/pregnancy (which I am not but I made a mental note of for later because it looked so comfy and feminine and lovely!). I focused on Swim. I am size 30G/GG UK and they had several bikini tops in my size (had tankini and one piece too I just didn't shop those). Probably the only store in Missouri that does. They even had a couple on clearance in my size. The swim tops I tried ranged in price from $19.99-54.00 for swim tops (clearance vs regular). Quality ranged from ok to excellent (priced accordingly). Very well-organized, easy to find what I wanted on the racks (didn't have to ask for my size). Let yourself into fitting room. I took a long time in fitting room and no one made a single comment about it (which ALWAYS happens at other stores). They offered to help several times, and grabbed me bottoms in another print in the size I requested so I could see in case I wanted to order them. These women are seriously respectful of other women's bodies and sensitive to the fact that it's a hard thing for many women to try on such items in an unfamiliar space. They did not offer any unsolicited comments on the way items fit me/my body (good or bad, which ALWAYS happens at other stores and like, hello, I didn't ask you). I overheard them really listening to other customers in adjacent fitting rooms and supporting their bra needs. Rather than trying to steer me away from clearance, one staff member even helped me rummage through clearance bins for my size, even though there were other customers in the store. I bought a few items. Loved my experience and will return for sure. Brands I saw: Panache, Freya, Sunsets, Parfait, Cake, Curvy Kate, Elomi, Sculptresse, Wacoal, Curvy Couture. I was given a gift certificate by my husband for Bravo and was so excited to get fitted and have some new bras! My first issue was the hours of operation, but I can work around that for a great store/product. It took a bit for me to work it into my schedule, but I got there. The selection was amazing, so many sizes and colors, and the person who fit me was very engaging and friendly. But, when she sized me as a 34, I felt like that sounded small. I'm a size 14 and curvy. Ok, maybe I've been wearing the wrong size, except- I felt so constricted and a tad short of breath. When I expressed discomfort, she assured me that I just needed to break them in. Also made sense, but I still kept complaining that the fit felt too tight. She assured me again they would break in and I would be much more comfortable. I left with two underwire bras as well as a bra without an underwire feeling confident I would wear them a while and they would soften and stretch. Three months later, I was never able to get back into the shop to return them as their hours are so difficult; and the two underwires I bought leave red marks under my breasts and today my bra straps cut into my skin so badly there are two welts on either side of my body, above my armpit. I'm upset that my husband spent over a hundred bucks on a gift certificate and I spend a little more once there and I only have one bra I can wear without red marks and welts. I now have two expensive bras I will never wear again because instead of breaking in, they've stayed tight and uncomfortable. I get that small businesses may not be able to keep long hours, but I do feel like I now have two useless, but nice looking bras that I would rather burn than ever wear again.
