This company erases bad reviews from their site. I submitted a review already, which isn't showing. These things are getting mailed back to me because the return (our) address is being read by the PO machines as the receiver. We received over 10% back. The machines are tearing them and when we are resending them, they are sure to arrive double marked-up and we are trying now to cross out the return address. It's embarrassing. Ann's said they'd print me more, but I dont see the point. Im using the few extras I have and purchasing more stamps I shouldn't have needed. I'm just providing our website for the rest. They look cute, but they get there looking like trash. I left a review and pictures on the product on 7/2. Got a confirmation email. That review isn't on there. I just left it again. We ordered our VERY simple save the dates about 2 months ago now. 5 days after we ordered they got back to us with a template to follow so we could have our envelopes pre addressed. Great submitted that same day no issues. Never heard another word. For the last 1 month I've been calling every week to try and get an estimate on when we will receive them. Every. single. time. I call they tell me they are finishing up printing "today" and they even upgraded our shipping to 2 day. Great! Now after this went on for yet another month I grew frustrated. 3 days ago I called and finally someone told me they actually weren't scheduled to finish for another week. How can that be?! So they guaranteed they'd get them out to me in the next 3 days. Now today (3 days later) I get an email that they can't pre address the envelopes but they'll just send them out today anyways. What? Stay away. I purchased invites for over $500 and did not receive what I ordered. I customized the invites with colors to match and when I received the invites in the mail I realized they were printed on light beige colored paper, not white. I discussed with the company and they insisted the invites were white color; their white. Their white is called "bridal white" which in reality is light beige. I needed these invites before the weekend to start sending them out and I was unable to do that. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's product and customer service. When you google something vague like "cheap wedding invitations" Ann's comes up really high on the search. I initially was concerned about that for probably no reason, but having tested them out now, I'm a fan. They really came through, in reasonable time, with good service, and a really cute (sorry, its the wedding crap taking over!) product. A note about the invitations, they're adorable. A nice weight, not too heavy but certainly not "flimsy" as other reviews stated. I mean, its not resume paper, but its pretty, clean, crisp and certainly felt "bridal" enough for my taste without being over the top "bridal" in that bad way...lawd I hate that word! :) I was so concerned about ordering this product from an online vendor sight unseen, that I decided to order a free sample - which to my delight, actually was free! No shipping cost, no credit card info asked "just in case." And it arrived via ground shipping, along with a discount code for ordering the sample...awesome! (note: I tried to apply it, but it didn't make the shipping free as it should have. so if you have a minute to either call them, or fiddle with it, I'm sure they would honor it. Personally it was midnight on a Monday 40 days before the wedding - and I did not get around to nagging them over free shipping. especially since....) My order got stalled in their warehouse somehow. After about 5 days I emailed their customer service line because seriously, running out of time here! I ordered invitations online and they were lovely but I chose to waive the proof and when they came, the back of the invite had generic language and I didn't catch it before I ordered them. I called and immediately was able to speak with a representative. I called the following afternoon and they said that there's nothing they can do because they already created the invitations. Shortly after, I decided to order another 15 invitations with the sentence on it for the appropriate guests. They wouldn't allow me to order an additional 15--they said the minimum was 25... In the beginning everything went well. I was happy with their website, found it easy to order my invitations, was extremely happy with the price, my invitations arrived pretty quickly and I enjoyed the look and quality of the invitations. I wish I could rate this company higher but based on the events after I cannot and would not recommend this company. I ordered 75 invitations, I received 75 invitations but at least 5 of them were wrong! Mixed in with my wedding invitations were someone else's graduation invitations. Unfortunately, I realized this error after 45 of my invitations had been mailed out. Since the 5 incorrect invitations were sporadically mixed in with mine I have no idea how many wrong (graduation) invitations I mailed to my guests. I called customer service to address this issue. The lady I spoke with was nice and understanding; she offered to mail me the 5 missing invitations and offered me a 10% discount off my order for the inconvenience. I am sorry but that is a bit ridiculous, they offered me $9.70 for screwing up my wedding invitations. I am having a destination wedding so we mailed the invitations out earlier than normal, so now I get to wonder/worry for 5 months if anyone received a graduation invitation from me instead of my wedding invitation. If someone does, words cannot describe the embarrassment I will feel. Based on the other reviews I have read about this company I think this is an isolated incident and possibly some sort of freak accident. The return policy is they will only refund if it is their fault but they always say it's your fault with no proof. So you have no choice but to re-order. Beware of this place.....we ordered tiffany blue wedding invitations from here and did not get a color near the rendering on the screen nor tiffany blue. Therefore the invitation we received was not what we ordered. That being said, we spoke to Gina who initially offered us a 10% on a new order which was about $170.00, then 20% and finally 50% off a new order. Our argument was that we did not get what we ordered and we know it is highly marked up....we even offered to pay $50.00 to re-order a new order but they would not take it. I didn't want to spend a fortune on invitations as they immediately go into the trash once the wedding is over. However, I was having a very upscale, black tie wedding and wanted something formal and elegant to reflect that without costing an arm and a leg. I found the sets from Ann's Bridal Bargains to be the perfect combo of invitation elements that I needed and found a design that I absolutely loved that allowed for custom wording. It even included thermography, which is usually much more expensive, at no extra cost! PERFECT! My spouse and I ended up getting many comments on our invitations and were able to come in under budget. The only (very minor) thing I didn't like was that our kits came printed on one giant card stock with perforations. When you separate the individual pieces, you will have 1 of 2 sides that are not smooth but slightly rough because of the perforations. However, once again they just get thrown away. I ordered my wedding invites, 300 of them for 99 cents then I got a 30% discount! That was great! The issue I have with this website is that they do not look over their items before they print.. The back of my invite, the font was way too small. I had everything in extra large and large but for some reason the back was small. I just don't understand why they don't review the items and let the customer know. Or fix it themselves.. The quality of paper is great. People are calling her and asking what's up with the invitations, they have someone else's names and dates on the invitations!!! OMG. She panics...calls the Co. They said they will send her more invitations but that's it.
