Ordered a Polish MP5 respirator (think it's actually French made). Called customer service ahead of…read moretime to request a size large to avoid returns. They promise to note it but informed me they couldn't guarantee sizes. Received a child's size that I cannot use. Although in the their returns sections it says to contact customer service to obtain a return label they would not honor it. Had to pay more than half of what I paid for the item to ship back. I would rather the post office make the money . Their iron clad 100% satisfaction guarantee didn't come thru for me. To be fair the item was in good condition.
