I had a hard time deciding exactly what to select, but after perusing the inventory, I made up my mind. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. The particular chaise I ordered wasn't in stock and had to be ordered from their warehouse in Madison, WI and would take approximately 8 weeks. I was disappointed to have to wait so long, but good things come to those who wait. I got my chair about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It's comfortable as well as stylish. Ashley refuses to send a technician out to finish the work because we are now outside of the 1-year warranty, despite that we reported the original issue immediately after the set arrived, well within the 1-year warranty. I can't recommend Ashley Furniture given the lack of commitment to customer happiness and I personally do not plan to buy any further furniture there - practically speaking, as we are in the process of buying a new house, we will need furniture and so the cost of the loss of our business is quite a bit greater than sending a technician out to touch up 3 chairs.

After making the rounds, we kept coming back to one specific chair - Barb let us know they had 2 in stock from a cancelled order (most things are made to order) in our preferred color, plus they were included in their anniversary sale. SOLD!! I work on the commercial furniture side and felt that the quality here was oberall very high and the prices, for what you get, are pretty fair. It's not IKEA prices to be fair but it's also not made in China crap that will fall apart and bottom out in a few months. There were some manual recliners that were hard to push the footrest back down-that was the only issue. Okay. Not keeping this too short. These guys were so incredible accommodating. We were there just for my sister but I have been needing a new mattress and decided this is where I wanted to spend my money. The mattresses I tried out were amazing and also had great side sleeping pillows on it. Between my sister and me, we bought 4. We were there was past closing. Repeatedly assured up that it was not a problem. These guys are a class act. I will ALWAYS go there first when searching for more furniture. They even carried the (boxed) pillows out to the car for us. They were very flexible for delivery. I simply cannot say enough. ONE MORE THING-I price checked everything when I got home and they sell for significantly less than other vendors. Dare I say that I learned that I can trust them??? The brothers were so professional and friendly and patient with my questions. We ended up getting a memory foam mattress and they helped us push it into the car. We were done with a brand new mattress in less than 10 minutes. Very painless and awesome. Highly recommend if you need mattress but I also saw furniture nearby.
