They were a bit small, but the staff assured me they'd stretch. Once I got home and tried them with other tops, they looked awful on me and made me feel even worse. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there was only a 7-day return policy. I live 45 minutes away and couldn't get back within that time. When I finally returned two weeks later hoping to exchange them, I was told, "Sorry--you loved them when you left," even though I clearly remember expressing doubt in the store. I understand they're a small local business and need to make money, but treating customers well is how you keep them. The shop does carry many cute things, but the heavy sales tactics and refusal to help after the fact left a bad taste. Sadly, I won't be shopping here again.

They started as a pop up boutique and opened their brick and mortar store a year ago. It is very organized and the items they carry are clearly intentionally curated. There was even a whole section for Fourth of July outfits--super cute! The selection included a good combination of tops, bottoms, dresses, jumpsuits, and even accessories like hats, bags, jewelry and cosmetics. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. When my consignment period ended, I arranged to collect my unsold items and collect my check for those pieces sold. Before signing contract and dropping everything off, I carefully counted and documented the total number of pieces I left with the store. When I returned, many items were missing -- they were neither listed as sold nor included with my unsold inventory. Even more concerning, I personally found several of my items still on the sales floor displayed under a completely different consigner account number. I left the store still missing multiple pieces because I simply did not have the time to search through all the racks myself. There appears to be a very unorganized and unreliable system for tracking sellers' inventory. Pricing was also inconsistent and did not seem to reflect brand value appropriately. Additionally, consigners are required to bring items on hangers, which I did -- providing good-quality hangers. However, my clothing was switched onto cheap discount-store hangers, and when I asked if my original hangers would be returned, I was told "no." So essentially, you provide quality hangers and receive inferior ones back. Overall, the store felt disorganized and management seemed completely unbothered by the missing pieces. Due to the lack of accountability, poor tracking practices, and dismissive response to my concerns, I will not be returning -- neither to sell nor to shop.
