Now August they just charged my card again for "prorate charges" for August 1-10. They've known how horrible the experience has been with them & I wanted my last day to be July 27th, there were discussions with the front desk when scheduling my make up classes. It's like their looking to want to charge my card to makes matters worse. They are quick to take your money and make you feel like you matter on the first free class. After, the young coaches they have don't seem like they have any drive to teach the girls or even look like they want to be there. They chatter with other coaches while our girls stand there lost. (again, could be cause of the volume their given) if so, Trinity- don't be greedy, give the coaches less girls that YOU KNOW THEY CAN HANDLE.

There was a sign in the door saying they would be closed Labor Day weekend 31,1,2,3. So they clearly knew this and don't know to communicate with their staff. We all ended up at Altitude Trampoline park and it was great. I was so excited to bring my son to open gym because I was a gymnast for 10 years. But this is beyond frustrating. I drove 30min to get there and waited for 25min. I won't ever waste my time there again. As you can see from the picture they clearly knew it was going to be closed.

One of the biggest draws for our family is the variety of offerings, especially the weekday homeschool classes, day camps, and parent night out events. Since the change in ownership, I couldn't be more pleased with the direction of the program under Mrs. Chris. My son genuinely looks forward to each class and continues to grow stronger and more confident every week. Mrs. Chris and her staff are incredibly skilled with children and provide exceptional coaching in a positive, encouraging environment. I truly appreciate the thoughtful structure of the program, from the engaging exercises and skill development to the excellent communication and organization for parents. I worked for this company for roughly two months (franchise Dfw Metro Amazing Athletes) , I was…read morepromised an Admin position that would be comprable to my previous salary, in "the future" - during the duration of these two months I put over 750 miles on my vehicle, spent $100 on tolls, worked roughly 28 hours and I was compensated $347 (this comes out to $12.30/ hour (I was promised $15 - $25/hour) - not including gas and mileage payments) for it all. Lastly , I was not compensated for the final events of work ( I was guaranteed in an email that I would be paid 5 days after I resigned) due to my resignation because of false promises made in my interview. Another situation that made me very uncomfortable is when I was asked to be dishonest with a Director about having a Covid-19 Vaccine. I do not have the vaccine and the school I was assigned to required all staff to have the vaccine, before we were allowed to be around children. I was told, by Thomas and Patrick to be dishonest by so that "we" Amazing Athletes , could "get paid". The end result was I did not receive compensation for times worked plus mileage and I received various unprofessional text messages and emails from both Thomas and Patrick because I did not want to work the last Friday due to the distance and fact that I had already been promised compensation and it was never paid to me. I will say I enjoyed the kids !! They kept me there for as long as I was - as a godparent I don't feel comfortable knowing that these two men are willing to lie , and go against a schools requirement , to make money. I would be upset if my child was at a facility where I thought everyone was vaccinated and I found out that an adult was dishonest and put my child's health at risk, for money. If I had my own school , these men would not be asked to return.
