Wonderful enteritic, friendly and educated staff! I'm greeted by my name upon arrival. How refreshing after a long day at work! I use two of the locations which are Jones Road and Champion Forest! Hands down it's the best gym ever! It well deserving of much more than five stars rating. Check it out! You'll love it! You'll make new friends with staff and members alike. I'm so impressed with the professionalism, and I certainly don't feel embarrassed to ask question(s) when I'm not sure about a piece of equipment. I encourage anyone looking for a new gym to call home...check out Fitness Connections. Current member! My forever gym!

I haven't been to the gym for the last 6 months. Finally I got my butt up to the gym today and I was so happy. My gym at the fitness connection was so nice and clean. Made me to appreciate to go again. I am from California where the dirty gym ( in shape https://www.inshape.com) was over price and dirty. I must spent 50 bucks a months plus annual fee and initiation fee was over $200. I am so thankful I found fitness connections. I love going to the Zumba class on Saturday and fun peaking out at the woman only cardio room for the movie. It's only 5 mins from my house but there are so many fitness connections in Texas!!!!

Lastly , I was not compensated for the final events of work ( I was guaranteed in an email that I would be paid 5 days after I resigned) due to my resignation because of false promises made in my interview. Another situation that made me very uncomfortable is when I was asked to be dishonest with a Director about having a Covid-19 Vaccine. I do not have the vaccine and the school I was assigned to required all staff to have the vaccine, before we were allowed to be around children. I was told, by Thomas and Patrick to be dishonest by so that "we" Amazing Athletes , could "get paid". The end result was I did not receive compensation for times worked plus mileage and I received various unprofessional text messages and emails from both Thomas and Patrick because I did not want to work the last Friday due to the distance and fact that I had already been promised compensation and it was never paid to me. I will say I enjoyed the kids !! They kept me there for as long as I was - as a godparent I don't feel comfortable knowing that these two men are willing to lie , and go against a schools requirement , to make money. I would be upset if my child was at a facility where I thought everyone was vaccinated and I found out that an adult was dishonest and put my child's health at risk, for money. If I had my own school , these men would not be asked to return.

Imagine my surprise when it was just my monthly fee. I reached out again and it was stated that I would be canceled next month and charged my remaining balance. Do your research, and if they are still contracted under ABC Financial, please do not sign-up for a membership at any of their locations as it is a scam. I had signed up years ago for a one-year contract because I knew I would be moving away and just needed a temporary gym membership at the time. When it eventually was time for me to move, I had been told by an ABC Financial representative that I had "renewed my contract for another two years." That was impossible. I knew I would not be living in Ft. Worth for more than a year. Even when I had quoted her from the contract copy I had in my hands, she said she was, "reading from my new contract," and did not send me a copy of said "new contract" after requesting it. Eventually, the only way I could get out of my membership was literally by moving to another state where there was not a location within a 25-mile radius. They also required proof of new residency to get out of the contract. I had to provide my change of address form and a letter explaining why I was discontinuing my membership in order to get out of the fee. The fee is whatever monthly payments are left on your account in total. DO. NOT. SIGN-UP.

This gym is decent for the price, but it definitely has its drawbacks. The monthly membership cost…read moreis reasonable, although keep in mind there is an annual fee that wasn't clearly mentioned when I signed up. The staff is generally friendly, which is a plus. The cardio movie room is a nice feature, but they tend to play the same movies month after month, year after year and most of the entire selection seems geared toward a male audience. Annoying. My biggest complaint is cleanliness. The gym could do a much better job maintaining and sanitizing equipment for a gym open 24 hours. I would strongly recommend wiping down any machine before and after using it. I saw the same gum wrapper in the treadmill I use 4 days in a row. And this was recent. Cleanliness of equipment has been an issue since they opened. Overall, it's not a bad gym for the money, the staff is kind but if cleanliness and parking are important to you, there are definitely other options in the area.

Even ChatGPT says nothing about the referring member. Based on this, I referred 3 of my friends, and they all signed up on the same day. Now I'm being told by staff that the referral program only applies during my first month as a member. This was never mentioned anywhere--not on the website, not on the referral sheet, and not verbally when I asked about it beforehand. Before referring my friends, I even called the gym to confirm the details, and no one mentioned this limitation. During my friends' sign-ups, the sales rep took my information (email and phone number) and assured me he would submit everything to management and that I'd hear back within a week. I never received any communication. When I followed up, I was told that only one of my referrals was counted. What happened to the other two? There has been no clear explanation. At this point, it feels like the gym is trying to avoid honoring the 1-year free membership reward. The written terms only refer to the qualifying referrals and say nothing about restrictions on the referring member's membership timeline. This situation is frustrating and misleading, and feels like they are cheating their way out of the perk.

I've been training with Rochelle in Pilaties for a little over a year now, and not only has she improved my physical physique but also my knowledge about physical health! She's the best!

This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.
