I had a medical issue 3 months back that began with a visit to the medical centre which was actually my first visit. The medical issue turned out to be an emergency and Dr. El-Batnigi and staff were very comforting and providing me with the professional care I needed before heading to the hospital. Since that visit I have been back a few more times for a check up and to refill my prescriptions at the very efficient well run on site pharmacy. In addition to the on site pharmacy they also have an on site lab to get your blood tests done. It is a very clean and organized well run clinic and family practice. If you reside in the Vaughan area and looking for a great convenient walk in clinic or looking for a new family Doctor I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

With my scary experience with my son at another clinic just up the street, I swore I would never go back to that clinic. Even though the other clinic is rarely busy and I am in and out within a half hour I won't return to that other clinic. The doctor at that other clinic seriously jeopardized my sons health by misdiagnosing him and not treating him with medicine. These doctors are thorough and they care. And because I couldn't make it in time (before 6 p.m. when they close), I called the Vaughan location (closer to my work place) and asked if I can return it there. I was told "yes, sure" and confirmed twice that for sure I can do that, was told again, "yes". After driving and burning my gas for an hour on the ridiculously-busy-and-under-construction-for-ever Hwy 7, once I get there this girl with a confused look asks a dude comfortably lying in a chair if they can accept my product from the other location and the fellow says "no, you have to go to Oakville!". I ask for the owner or a manager to complain about the misleading info I got on the phone, the girl says "well he is". So bud, first train your staff on basic stuff and then second get your 4ss up from that chair and provide some customer service to your customers. UPDATE: The owner of this location messaged me, apologized and offered a small compensation to cover for my gas expenses that day. He also mentioned he discussed the issue with the staff. I believe he handled in a professional way this incident and I hope this will improve the customer experience in future.

He was the doctor of my choice for having my daughter and I could not have had a more smooth labor. He holds nothing back he tells you how it is. I was having problems in the womans department for one year he was not practising at that time I will not name any other physicians name but during Dr. Nadel's absence I had to see another doctor and during this time what I went through was horrible I had minor operations. Once back seeing Dr. Nadel he told me they were all a waste of time. Last December I had some major issues again I called to his office and spoke with Stella his receptionist and I asked her is Dr. Nadel back doing surgeries again she said yes I explained my issue to her she got me right in. As soon as I seen him he had my surgery booked within two weeks he wanted to do it sooner but i asked to get over Christmas with my kids first he agreed but would not let me wait much longer after that my surgery was booked for December 28th, 2011 I went in he did what he had to do. Told me everything he did during the surgery. He also told me he did not think i had anything to worry about with it being Cancer, he said he would be shocked if it came back as that. I waiting for the results and he was so right It was not Cancer. I would not have trusted any other doctor but him to do what I had done. He is honest, straight froward with you tells you as it is, gives you the options and leaves it up to you. There are not too many doctors around that are honest and really do care about their patients. Dr. Nadel I strongly mean this you are the best doctor I know and thank god for you. I am more than sure you saved my life.
