Yes, the place is very busy as the area is heavily populated so people have to wait a bit to see the doctors. Sometimes, walk in patients are subbed in with patients with appointments which sets back the time for patients who have appointments - but this done so that the walk in patients don't wait hours either. I personally waited 20-30 minutes when I made an appointment to see a doctor. Can't say anything about the doctors but I would rate Dr. DOLKU (my family doctor) being my top choice followed by the rest. I think I have seen most of the doctors there when Dr. DOLKU is not around and they all have addresses my medical issues. I can understand some patients frustration during the visits because people visit the doctors office in times of medical need which is frustrating to begin with as they want quick medical attention. The staff at the front desk do a decent job but the clinic is very busy with phone calls and people constantly at their desk inquiring when it's their turn. (***There is usually a line at the door before the clinic opens up - weekends especially***) The staff are very busy most of the times so that could be one of the reason they don't answer the phone. Usually when I walk in to see a doctor I give my card, register and inquire on how many patients ahead of me and an approximate time when it will be my turn. If they tell me it will be appx. 45 minutes, I leave and come back in 45 minutes. Overall, it's a very decent place. SG

Absolutely horrendous. If I could give this place a 0, I would. This walk in clinic makes it…read moreconvenient for Bramptonians in the area to receive quick service (provided you're not lining up during rush hour). However, the type of service you get on the other hand... is another story to be told. Pros: - Close to a thriving neighborhood - Located in a plaza of other amenities (shopper's drug mart, pizza pizza, sobey's) - The nurse/secretary is really kind. I never did get a chance to catch her name but she is a really nice person. Granted, she always seems to have a hundred things to do; however, she is very gracious and polite. I once did my blood test and she helped me with all my questions and concerns. Cons: - The service is very bad... there are mainly two doctors who service the clinic Dr. Gohil is not very personal and it's hard to have a genuine conversation with her. I've been to this clinic a number of times and still find it hard to open up to her. It seems that her hours at this clinic, however are being reduced and she's only in the office for certain days each week. I don't have much complaints about her, only that her knowledge seems a bit limited. She doesn't seem to ask much about the symptoms of the problems, merely seems to give a pill for this or a cream for that. Dr. Miller is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My friend noticed a small lump growing on his neck and brought his concerns to the doctor. All he told him, which any normal non-medically educated human being could tell you, is that my friend has lymph nodes. Thank you, Captain Obvious. I asked him two questions a) if it was cancerous and b) how long it would take for the lumps to subside. He responded, and condescendingly might I add, that "he is not a bookie" and "how is he supposed to know". God have mercy on your soul and for the crazy amount of years you've gone to school. I'm sure that your wallets are bulging from the effort you've put into all that education. But for Christ sake, have some DECENCY for the people you serve. You are in a SERVICE-ORIENTED FIELD. I can only imagine how long it will take before you get replaced as well. Having mentioned my discomfort, patients are only human too. My main concern for my friend (and I imagine it's a genuine one) is that the lymph nodes were cancerous. Not only did his lack of knowledge bother me, his pompous attitude only fueled the flame. It is one thing to not be able to give someone an answer, which by the way you should be able to, since you've gone to school for at least 8 years to a decade. I will NEVER come back to this walk in clinic again (unless I have to draw blood- in which, the nurse should be able to help me). Why some doctors seem to have their heads shoved so high up their @#(@%, I will never understand.
