The product we received was far superior to what Renewal By Anderson had installed the prior year and at HALF the cost!!! The wood looks great and after stain and poly, absolutely beautiful. That's what is expected when you ask for Anderson. DO NOT be fooled by the Renewal By Anderson ads. You will be very disappointed in their quality and you will pay double for the junk they install. This was a pretty easy process as our contractor did the ordering for us . We rented a Home Depot truck and picked our windows up ourselves. When my husband got there after taking a day off and renting a truck he was told they could have been delivered for 100 bucks ugh. Oh well. Antcliff installed a picture window glass for my home. The window leaked so they sent a repairman to caulk the window. It was the worst caulk job I have ever seen, see the photos. Would you want that quality of workmanship on your home? The window still leaked so they sent another repairman who determined that the leak was from above the window installed by another company. Richard said he would not replace the caulk that was horrible because that wasn't the original problem. But it was the problem that they determined the first time that led them to unprofessionally apply the caulk in the first place. I would never deal with them again. A window company that can't caulk a window and will not stand behind there work. read more

Decided to shop local. Trusted their "Best Price Guarantee" and was GROSSLY overcharged for a patio door. They forgot about the appointment to do a measure for the door. Guy eventually made it out after I had to remind them. Eventually patio door was delivered but without the screen door. I installed the patio door then eventually the screen door was delivered. Went to install the screen door and discovered no hardware was installed on the patio door to install the screen door. From door delivery to getting the screen door took a couple of months. Getting the hardware to install the screen door took several months. After 5 long months the full installation is finally complete. Please go anywhere else but here. Here are some places to go instead: Home Depot All-Weather Seal Lowe's Not Antcliff. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Richard, you never saw the finished work so how can you possibly comment on it. You claim that we never mentioned how you went "above and beyond" in finding a crew to rebuild our wall. Lets clarify this! We also didn't mention that our job was pushed back due to the installation supervisor (Brian Palmer) abruptly quitting your company and the lack of a timely replacement. In fact, my understanding is that the first crew working the installation were not employees of your company, but relatives doing you a favor as you lacked staff. When the new supervisor realized the scope of the job (replacing the wall), he provided a revised estimate, then later decided the job was too big and quit. Other issues we'd like to address 1.The crack in the kitchen was not tape, but drywall. The wall was NOT fixed. 2. The screw covers, which I had to beg for, DO NOT FIT! 3. The wall replacement has absolutely nothing to do with how the windows were installed by YOUR company. 4. The salesman never bothered to mention how different the new installation window would look in comparison to the replacement window. Putting the two next to each other looks awful. 5. Window trim was cracked and replaced crookedly on several windows. 6. We did not go with wood windows for obvious reason; they rot. and 7. Perhaps our salesman should have noticed that when the wall needed to be replaced and we had the wrong windows, another option should have been discussed. Richard, I'm inviting you to come and see the finished work for yourself. Then you can tell me if you're proud of how this job was completed. Would you be happy if this was how your windows looked in your home? We're planning on having a representative from Anderson Windows review the installation because we already have 3 windows with excessive condensation issues. We ordered a beautiful door with sidelights to replace worn door on our recently purchased farmhouse. We chose Antcliff because of their many years in a family business. We were scheduled for installment today., 08-02-21. I requested the installer wear a mask when inside my home. He did not want to, and proceeded to spew opinions about political views. I told him, I would not discuss it and let him know he either put on a mask in my home, or leave. He returned to his work truck begrudgingly and with a mask on. I was explaining the situation to my husband on the phone, and the installer left. The Manager, Richard told me it was illegal to ask someone if they"ve been vaccinated! Nonsense. I did no such thing! Dear sir.....is that really the point? Customer service please? I have immunity issues and don't need to explain that to anybody..... I simply requested he wear a mask. Spent a couple of hours in their showroom one evening, decided on some windows, came back a couple of weeks later to "Pull the Trigger" and pay for them, come to find out "Richard" forgot the price's he quoted, and wanted 1600 + more than negotiated ! ( We had a printed quote... along with some figures Richard gave me on the phone), the very NEXT morning (after I spent 2 hours in the showroom)... This place is a JOKE ! Folks this window game is very competitive, shop somewhere that WANTS to EARN Your BUSINESS, I wound up finding a local window manufacturer that ENJOYS CUSTOMERS SHOPPING & ASKING QUESTIONS ! This character did NOT seem to care if I spent my hard earned money here or elsewhere. Odd ? Take my word for it, I, unlike Richard, AM , A MAN OF MY WORD ! I DO WHAT I SAY !
