We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

First if you want to give back to the community it is always nice to do this with a local business which GPS is. He is personally doing my yard and has found an assistant who is very very thorough as well. Secondly if you are a dog lover or pet owner then Shane with GPS is the answer as he also has a dog and so would never put anything down that would harm our furry friends. Thirdly he is very reasonable and never asks for a contract but if you know your schedule you might want to get him to come over on a tri-weekly or monthly basis. I usually have him come over after the grass is cut if I can and he is always quick to answer my inquiries. In addition to this he is not only professional & friendly but also very knowledgeable in his field. What I find the most impressive is that he is a young man with a skill who is putting it to good use and becoming an entrepreneur with great marketing skills, a quality product along with a professional service to back this up. It was something my generation did so it is nice to see some people in the following generation doing the same thing. I would highly recommend him for any lawn/pest problems you might have. Mike from Reynolds Pest Management was here this morning to do the termite traps and the initial pest control inside my house and outdoors around my house. He was extremely professional and polite, and explained everything to me. I am so impressed with this company and its employees. We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control.
