I have to say this was not my first call, but from here on out it will be our only call for pest control. After getting screwed over repeatedly from Treasure Coast Pest Control, we called Hannan Environmental for termites in our new custom kitchen cabinets. Half a dozen attempts at killing them resulted in us dumping TCPC and calling a different company, Hannan Environmental. Once Hannan Environmental arrived, we could tell the difference between a professional outfit and the crooks we had been paying ransom to for many years. The owner showed up himself and got right down to business. He explained exactly what was happening and outlined the remedy he suggested. We agreed and he got busy killing termites. Long story short, one application of their magic potion and we have not seen any signs of life in our custom cabinets. Keep in mind, it took TCPC half a dozen return "treatments" to do nothing at all except send more invoices. In hindsight, we wish we had never met Treasure Coast Pest Control or their shady business practices. I am sure the thousands of dollars they screwed us out of were needed by them more than us. My mom and dad just moved into their new house a couple months ago and trusted this Hannan environmental services. It's summer, my kids go over everyday and can't swim until they fix their pool. This companies employee sprayed chemicals into their pool because of obvious incompetence in this company. The owner was rude and hung up on my mom and refuses to put health and customers first when he knows he was 100% wrong. I had red fire ants under my white strip on my tile inside my pool. My husband called for Hannan to come out to see what could be done. The employee came into the back yard and I told him where they were and I said obviously you can't spray there. He took his canister out and immediately started spraying. He was swinging the wand around over my pool and the chemicals went into my pool. I thought wow! That just went into my pool. Then he sprayed towards my grass and I thought he was going to spray the line around my pool then he turned and started walking and spraying right on the edge of the pool and tons of pesticide was draining into my pool. He spayed my dog toy and floats I said whoa stop!!!! I told him it's going into my pool. He said it's ok and I said no it's chemicals ! Im never swimming in there. He told me I know my mom hates chemicals too but it's ok. I told him NO MORE!! He left . I immediately called and spoke to the owner who was so rude to me. I mean rude!!!!! He said ma'am it's safer than water. I was upset crying and he hung up on me and would not answer me. He's so arrogant and rude and won't take responsibility I I called my pool people and she was floored this happened and told me it would be 400.00 to drain it because of insurance purposes and it would be 200.00 to redo the chemicals in my pool. The owner Of Hannan told my husband he'd have a check for 400.00 and not admit blame. Then we told him about the additional 200.00 and water bill and he's ignored us. 800.00 to fix my pool. I'm not letting my grandkids swim in chemicals and end up with cancer or reactions later. NOW WE GO TO COURT! Avoid this company with everything you got.
