I made an appointment with western exterminators for today between 2-5 pm. Had to take a half day off of work to be here for my appointment. As I'm nearing 5 pm with no call or anything. I call up western to get shuffled around the office. Only to find out that they've made an appointment they are not keeping. I do appreciate taking the day off for no reason but to sit home. The worst customer service. They are very unprofessional as they don't return your calls plus I had left my bike there for repairs and when I got it back it was leaking oil which was not before. I also was interested in purchasing a battery but again they seemed not interested in my business because they did not return my call. read more

After having several conversations with this dealer, my son arranged to take his newly purchased '07 Kawasaki to them for the recall. We live 1 1/2 hours away, and since my son is new to driving a motorcycle, it actually took 2 hours to get there, they tell him "they will not work on his bike since they are selling the shop on Tues of next week." Apparently the owner thought my son wanted more work done than just the recall for free, and of course the owner was not there, nor would he speak with my son or my husband. Went here to buy parts for my toy. Andrew the guy that works there is cool and helpful but had a bad experience. Had to return my parts twice because they wouldn't fit. Guess they don't know what they're doing. The owner is a piece of work. Made me go back and forth between Palmdale and Lancaster shop because ???.... He wanted to. Be Careful if you're planning to have your vehicle serviced here! I brought my Ranch quad here to get serviced. Upon my initial inquiry I was pretty impressed. The had a straight forward fee schedule and sounded like they really had it together. They were going to check it out and the fee for the diagnostic would be credited to the work needed should I choose to have them do it. They called me and said the quad was missing some air box parts and did I want them to order and install those missing parts. I said sure. They later called and said the throttle assembly was broken and did I want them to order and install a new throttle assembly. I said sure. They told me the throttle assembly would be $200.00. So now I am looking at the original quote of a stage two service at $280.00 and a throttle assembly at $200.00. That plus some misc. air box parts. I'm thinking around $550.00 maybe $600.00 and I'll have a good running quad. After about a month I get a call that my bike is ready and the total is $895.00!!! So I bite the bullet and shell out the cash. They tell me the carburator needed rebuilding. Duh, that was a given. Was that not included in the stage two service? No, that was another $160.00? This is only a 350cc quad right? What the hell was included in the stage two service if it didn't include a carb rebuild? Did they have to adjust the valves? Nope! So I begrudgingly hand over the money and go out back to load up the bike. It sounds okay. The mechanic rides it over to my trailer and we load it up. I get it home and ride it. It goes about 10-15 miles an hour. The whole time, coughing and backfiring. I never have gotten it out of second gear. The bike runs like crap, the thing cost 30% more than we ever discussed, and I can't even use it. It ran better before I ever brought it in......Very disappointing to say the least.... read more
