Scammers. Don't come here unless you want to throw your money away. Took my bike in for a bolt extraction and fork rebuild. My main concern was the extraction and they focused on the fork rebuild instead of the extraction. They couldn't extract the bolt. I was still charged for the extraction and they had my bike for a week and a half. Also when I got my bike back it wouldn't want to start anymore. They leave the bikes outside in the sun the whole time they're there so be mindful of that. They replaced my brakes even though I had brand new brakes and when asked to see my old ones they didn't show me. I had a friend extract my bolt in five minutes, which a shop that specializes in this couldn't do. Do not come here. read more

Brought my Suzuki in to get an exhaust system installed and the ECU flashed. Apparently there was some problems with the ECU and these guys really went out of their way to make sure it got done when I really felt like just calling me and telling me "sorry we can't do it" would have been totally reasonable. All work was done in 24 hrs. and was able to pick up my stuff the next day. I like the fact that i can supply the parts myself. Unfortunately this has been my experience. I took them my 90's Zx1100 and they scratched it a few years ago. I figured it was an accident and they gave me a few hundred credit , thanks. I left California for a few years and I came back and decided to take them my Honda 1000F and they completely disappointed me with their service. They had my motorcycle for almost 6 weeks and basically they did the absolute minimum when it came to my motorcycle. This place plays favorites and is a great place to change a tire. Don't ask them to do some technical knowledge work, Just go somewhere else when it comes to spending your hard earned money. Just so you know , I rode in there and my motorcycle was working and rideable but needed some love , i got it back today on a trailer and it's not rideable, just tried to go around the corner and it's shutting off , they sent me my motorcycle as a courtesy because they saw that the motorcycle needed front brakes, a new front tire and new fork seals. So they didn't want me to ride it home? This place had my motorcycle for almost 6 weeks and I took it there to get maintenance etc.. Zeal Racing is the one and only place I trust with all my bikes. I was in and out of another well-known shop in the AV (no names, this isn't a smear campaign on their business) and they could not solve an electrical issue that costed me thousands of dollars before I found out about Zeal. When I finally gave them a try they helped me with my issues, and discounted services due to my unfortunate experiences after showing them the receipts. This place is extremely knowledgeable and worth it. I've never had an issue with their staff, nor their work. Only downside is they have a long wait period in shop due to the amount of business they receive. So don't expect major repairs to be overnight. read more

Got my tires in the mail around 5pm and was hoping to get these new badboys on my motorcycle since I do daily commutes for work and needed to change out my tires risk having to sit in my sad traffic cage. I was seriously doubting to find anyone that would do a tire change just before closing as most of the local shops close up at 6pm. I called Zeal racing and just told me without any hesitation to bring the bike and tires in and we'll have me out before they close. As promised as soon as i hauled my butt over there my bike was up in the back and out with some fresh, balanced wheels ready to rip in about 40 minutes. From what I can see the guys are just as busy as always. Buuuuuutttttt, I made the mistake of getting talked into using a young gent who is currently in a bike trade school. Three repairs later, he still couldn't fix the problem, and kept asking for a few more tries. With my tail between my legs, and my bike on a flatbed, I show up at Zeal Racing. It felt great that they remembered me, and my lovely (beat to hell) overused bike. But what was really great, is that their experienced really shined through. This place is excellent! I was with my buddies on a cross-country trip and the throttle mechanism on my BMW R1200RT broke. The nearest BMW dealership said they could take us the following week! We called Tanner at Zeal Racing and he was able to get us in that day. Jessie the mechanic did an outstanding job of repairing the bike by the following day. These guys are top notch. I took my yz400f to get its carburetor rebuilt and serviced they did a hell of a good job my bike runs like a beast now the only complaint I have is that as soon as I got it back home I noticed some of my body bolts were missing and the clamp that held my exhaust was gone now i didn't go and make a show because I have backup bolts and a clamp for the exhaust so i just put everything in new i would take it here again just hope they are a little more care full next time. read more
