For my second appointment, she used a technique she learned recently to work on my TMJ and neck pain, and 12+ hours after, the lumps on my jawline are gone and I have full range of motion of my neck! There were a few times (before she changed her…read morecancellation policy) that I had to reschedule an appointment I had the following day, I would reschedule it anywhere from 72 hours before to 12 hours before my scheduled massage. She amended the policy saying you had to give 24 hours advance notice (understandably) & a month or so after the policy was changed I had a family emergency & couldn't make it. My daughter had a big seizure & we had to go to the hospital. I texted her as soon as I knew. Mind you, I hadn't had an issue since she updated her policy. The next week I tried to reschedule & it said I had to reach out, so I did. We talked on the phone & she mentioned the times I had to reschedule the times before she made changes to her cancellation policy. I countered with once she changed it there hasn't been a problem until I had an emergency. She proceeded to tell me I need to have child care lined up, moms deserve their time too, her mom had a special needs dependent, I could t use my daughter as an excuse.. just so far out of line. She said I could only come in if someone else cancelled last minute & I could fill in their spot. It isn't possible with 4 kids, I can't drop what I'm doing to go to someone's cancelled appointment.. I wish. The whole convo was wild & out there. I gave a two star instead of one because she is a good at massages.. it actually took me a few months to even speak on this, I was really just trying to reflect before I left a poor review.. Since I can't directly reply, I'll have to update to say you did in fact say something about my children as an excuse & I never did a same morning cancellation, it's not even possible to do on the app. The one time I had no choice I had to call/text you to cancel. I couldn't cancel it otherwise.. I'm glad you feel okay with your choice, I do as well.. you don't have to lie about it. Good luck with your business!

She's also super sweet and very customer focused. I like the music she plays. We chat during the massage but she's also respectful when i want peace and quiet. The venue has a small parking lot and then she tells you which door and the code to enter. The booking system is a little weird for me, but it works. She's also very reachable by text. I wish she charged a little less when booking more time, but I understand the need to charge same price no matter length of service. I also wished there was covered parking. But you are truly getting your money's worth with her. Note it is just massage--no spa services included. Just a room in the back with massage table. There is a shared bathroom with other vendors.
