I only requested light cleaning yet they decided my entire house needed to be reorganized without asking or leaving me a roadmap. Three days after their service and I still haven't found everything. They broke a ceramic magnet, they opened personal drawers in the bedrooms and bathrooms and put things in those drawers that weren't even in that room to begin with. But even if they were, they have no business opening personal drawers and invading privacy that way. They unplugged a charger, rolled it up, and forced it into a small drawer on the nightstand. I had trouble opening the drawer because it was jammed in there. They took a string like belt from my dress and tied it in a knot around a throw blanket to make it look cute, which took me forever to undo the knot so that I didn't ruin it for my dress. They unmade the master bed to remake it in a more sloppy manner and then decided the decorative pillows belonged elsewhere in the home. They moved my purse to an entirely different floor in the house, they put electrical cords and sharp objects in my puppy's kennel (he wasn't in there but there but obviously those items don't go there), they put a dirty measuring cup in the utensil drawer, they left the master shower slowly dripping which I didn't discover until hours later. I have yet to find my teeth bite guards that I need at night and were expensive. They decided that an electronic picture frame that was on the nightstand in one of the extra bedrooms should be hung on the wall instead so they found a pushpin and hung the frame. Now I have a small hole in the wall where I didn't want one, which looks like a dirty black spot on the wall now. They rearranged my sofa tables and pictures. I still haven't found the missing pictures in frames that were on those tables. They put my clean clothes in the hamper and folded dirty wash clothes and put them in a clean cloth pile. This list is just the tip of the iceberg, unfortunately. Three days post "cleaning" and I'm still scavenger hunting for my things that should have never been moved by them.

The guy they sent - Jarin - to clean my windows was professional and friendly - and on time! He wore a mask the whole time and was careful to maintain 6ft of distance. He even offered to take off his shoes when entering our home to clean the inside windows! I was especially impressed that both the truck and the window cleaner himself were both carefully outfitted in the company's beautiful logo and livery. This alone screamed professionalism as the truck pulled up - I've had a lot of window cleaners and most just turn up in a beaten-up old car wearing old work clothes. One said they would do inside and outside for over $100 and then when they finished the outside they said that we only paid for the outside. Another charged us more and then the next morning they looked worse than before they started. We found a guy who did a Great job a couple of times but we lost his number for a while. We found him again recently and he did an Amazing job Again. He has all the best equipment to wash the windows with mineral free water and Automatically suds with truck mounted hose. Not only does he do a great job that lasts longer But his Price is much less. Please tell him that Dell recommended him. You won't be disappointed.
