Love it here. Always treat my dogs the best. Prices are great. Took one of my dogs to a closer vet…read moreto where I live, and they wanted to charge over $ 1000 Dr.C did both both for $700 ($350 each). Lot of money, but always worth it for my babies; they are family.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication I received. Weeks before the…read moreprocedure, Dr. German examined the papillomas on my pet's back-left leg and recommended that they be removed. This procedure was specifically scheduled as a follow-up to his evaluation and recommendation. On the day of the procedure, I clearly marked the papillomas and verbally told the staff member who took in my pet not to miss the papillomas on her back-left leg, which opens and bleeds constantly, and was the sole reason for the first visit. Despite this, the scheduled removal of the papillomas on the back leg was missed. When I discussed what happened, the front-desk employee repeatedly insisted that the area had not been marked, blamed me, and called me a liar over the phone. When I explained that the procedure had been scheduled based on Dr. German previous examination and recommendation, I was told that he sees many animals and cannot be expected to remember everything. However, this information should have been documented in my pet's medical records and confirmed before the procedure. Instead of listening to my concerns and discussing how the situation could be corrected, the employee argued with me. There was no attempt to accept responsibility, review the records, or offer a solution. I have trusted this veterinary practice with my pets for years, so the lack of concern, professionalism, and appreciation for my continued business was especially disappointing. I asked for Dr. German to call me and provided my phone number, but I have not received a return call. Mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, but how a business responds matters. I expected compassion, accountability, and a willingness to work toward a solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will be taking my pets elsewhere.

This review update is specifically meant for the spa in this case. I absolutely have no complaints…read moreabout Dr. Harvey and her team on the clinic side of this business. The quality has been on a decline for a couple years at this point. They allegedly only have one groomer who works one day a week, which truly sucks. My dog became cage aggressive as a result of the very first groomer we encountered here to start (can't remember her name) which was never an issue any other time she had been groomed elsewhere. Most recently, I had called to set an appointment for her yearly vaccines in anticipation of getting her groomed. When I requested the grooming appointment, I was told that because HE (they consistently say he when my dog is female) is cage aggressive she needs to be with an experienced groomer. This experienced groomer is also the only one available, who only works Wednesdays. This call was made at the beginning of June, and the appointment wouldn't be until June 25th. Fine, I'm okay with waiting. The 23rd rolls around and I still have yet to receive the email reminder, so I decide to call and see what was going on. The girl who picked up the phone checks the schedule and sees no appointment for my dog, and offers to reschedule for the experienced groomer on July 9th. I had already waited so long for the original appointment that I'm starting to get annoyed. I accept the appointment for July 9th. My husband then texts me that the appointment was canceled, due to the groomer being sick. GREAT. When can she get groomed? They're not sure, needed to see if they could squeeze HIM (again my dog is female, she's been groomed here for years, and they can literally see it says female on her profile) in with the manager. I'm already annoyed as it is so I ask what the solution here is, how soon I'd have to call back. I'm told they'll call me when they have a solution. Well I figured out MY solution. I went to a different groomer.

I took my precious little girl to have her teeth cleaned. They do a wellness visit first. When I…read moretook her, she was fine. I live close. When I got her home, her tongue was blue. I was rushing back, literally within minutes, and called them to alert them. They told me to take her to the emergency vet. I'm sickened by them. They caused her issues and forced me to take her farther because they failed her. They should be ashamed.
