Michael was friendly concerned about us being out in the cold, loaded the car in minutes and took it to the nearest garage. He then transported us home which was titslly unexpected. After waiting over an hour in the very narrow breakdown lane I found out that AAA had given Maine Towing the incorrect information. At about that time Mary called me from Maine Towing. She was horrified that we had been on that dangerous part of 295 and she had one of the drivers called out immediately to come to our aide. When I got home, I received a call from Mary just checking in to make sure I was home safely. That personal touch is what makes, for me, an Excellent Business and one that deserves many customers.
